Had a fantastic evening! Even though we were late they still waited happily for us. Great food and wine! Lovely family
Giuliana and her family were gracious hosts! We felt very welcome in their home and learned step by step how to make an Italian dish. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed our evening very much!
Great food. Great wine. Wonderful company. Fabulous evening, What I wanted to say is above but Viator required to write more. OK I did.
I was contacted by the first host asking to move my dinner time from 7 PM until 1 PM which I was unable to do. I was contacted by a second host who told me that Have a cat in the house And my husband is allergic. The third host was a charm. Beatrice was fabulous and she served us a vegetarian Italian meal. However, the process for this was flawed.
Dear Patty, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience you encountered during the booking process. Last-minute host changes are never ideal, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to first be asked to adjust your dinner time and then learn about an allergy concern. That is certainly not the smooth experience we aim to provide. We’re very happy to hear that Beatrice delivered a wonderful vegetarian Italian meal — we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to her. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the coordination process felt flawed, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure better consistency and communication in the future. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it truly helps us improve.
Amazing cooking class learning about local cousine. How to, why it was and how its been done in milano for generations. Amazing produce and local meat
Sandra was very welcoming and hospitable. Great knowledge of Italian cooking. She shared authentic dishes which were very flavoursome.
We had such a great time, wonderful food, and amazing hospitality with Marina, would highly recommend this special experience!
I gave my boyfriend as a birthday present this lesson for the preparation of risotto alla milanese with dinner in tow and I must say that it was a really special experience and definitely a very appreciated gift for originality. Santa was an exquisite hostess, in the end even though the experience was just for him he made me cook too showing us also the preparation of the ossobuco in combination with the risotto for which it was a 360 ° lesson. He then made us find a great aperitif by also inserting Apulian preparations for his Altamura origins that we loved being we lovers of the Puglia region and good food! It was a pleasant evening spent very quickly between chatter and good wine, we ate more than cooked I must say but mainly because we got lost in chatter! We thank Santa for the useful advice even outside the kitchen received and I also thank her for the gift she gave me of a monstera cutting, having discovered this common passion!
Giuliano warmly welcomed us into her home. She is fabulous! She patiently showed us how to make fresh pasta, and how to cook with fresh ingredients from the garden. I think we had our best meal in Milan with Giuliano. We also met 2 of her son's, which made it a fun interactive mix of cultures. Such a friendly, fun, educational cooking class - highly recommend!
I had the best day with Giuliana and her family. Giuliana has so much passion for cooking and is the best teacher. She is so welcoming, kind and patient and this was one of the best experiences of my holiday in Europe, learning to make fettuccine, ravioli and my favorite - tiramisu! I would love to come back again and learn more and share a meal and laughs with the family again! :)
