So worth the money. My family and I loved the whole experience. Our guide Paul was wonderful. I would highly recommend it to any one! We did the super ambassador package and it was worth the money.
Jann was our tour guide. She was pretty cool. She took the time to explain the history and taught us some hawaiian words. She took care of us and brought us to the highlights and fun activities and shows. The stick game and spear throw were our favorites. She made sure we didnt miss anything and made it on time for our lu au feast. We did the private tour ambassador program so we could have a guide to ourselves.
By far the most informative, interactive, and enjoyable excursion of our trip to Hawaii. Our super embassador, Susana, lived up to her job title. She was superb! She expedited, explained, and lead us through the villages with kindness, knowledge, consideration, and a genuine passion for sharing the history of the people of Polynesia. She was simply THE BEST. The luau was so good, especially the pig! And the theatrical performance of Ha' The Breath of Life was EXCEPTIONAL! So very moving and well done. I would recommend PCC to everyone and highly encourage selecting the super embassador package. Worth every penny.
Nicha was the absolute BEST tour guide we could ask for. From the minute we arrived we were treated with such respect and professionalism. We learned so much from her about PCC and her experience working there as well as attending BYUH. She is definitely and assistant the Hospitality and Tourism program and is making her family back in the Philippines so proud. The experience would not have been the same without and amazing tour guide like her. We had front row seats for everything and loved everything about our day!
After arriving, we were greeted and taken to various villages. The guide kept us busy and there was no downtime. During activities, the guide kept my family engaged, helping with the crafts and games so they would keep up with the narrator. Dinner was amazing, poke was my favorite part. Kids loved gelato and the pineapple pina coladas. Servers were able to arrange everything we needed for kids and a 2 year old. No hesitation. Was very pleased.

The weather was wonderful. The guide was fantastic. The Polynesian experience was very cultural. The Buffet was very good. Even the weather cooperated.

Personal tour with Ice was very good. We played games and learned cultures. War drums show in Tonga was a highlight
