Excellent outing. Chris is a fantastic guide and weaves an early to present day narrative of Cebu. The locations chosen are perfect for the matter. He is also very responsive during the booking process and provides many tid bits of info on how to enhance your trip here in Cebu. Overall a solid option for your stay in Cebu.
Chris is very knowledgeable and clear in his guide work. The walk was not too far and doable in sandals or thongs. The basilica requiring you to wear pants is fair enough but a struggle on a 33 degree day, so make sure you have light linen pants to wear. The cabon market was a highlight! Very hectic and authentic. Chris picks loads of delicious snacks from local traders. This tour is a real hidden gem!!
Fantastic tour, Chris is a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide. He gave a great overview of the Philippines as well as his expertise on Cebu as a local. What really impressed me is he’s willing to be adaptable for the needs of his guests. For example I’m a vegetarian.. no big deal for him you can still sample some local things which was very much appreciated. Really enjoyed visiting the local markets and jeepney ride
Guys!!! If you’re looking for a guide who shows you the ‘local’ experience, cuts is your guy. A solo traveller felt very welcomed and learnt so many amazing things with Chris leading the way. A must do walking tour through Cebu!

Chris and Ken are the best tour guides in Cebu! Chris was clearly very knowledgeable and engaging, sharing the rich history of the Philippines and creatively weaving in Disney songs. Hilarious! Ken shared interesting facts about the people and culture and entertained those who could not enter the church. He made sure our group got on the jeepney. FYI, the church has a strict dress code, so make sure to bring pants and dress appropriately to enter the church. Otherwise, you will have to wait outside. My wife and I packed pants and put them over our shorts when we entered the church and took them off when we exited. I would highly recommend the tour if you want to learn about Philippine history and enjoy delicious eats. And, as previously stated, Chris and Ken are the best! 👍
