Este serviço tem dois horários diferentes, o primeiro é para um passeio matinal e a retirada é feita em: ZONA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 8h00 e 8h30, ZONA TULUM entre 7h00 e 8h00. Chegaremos ao parque às 9h30. O segundo é para um passeio ao meio-dia e a retirada é em: ZONA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 12h00 e 12h30, ZONA TULUM entre 11h00 e 12h00. Chegaremos ao parque às 13h30. Os horários variam de acordo com o hotel, nosso representante indicará o horário exato de retirada via correio ou mensagem de texto. Para hotéis de Tulum e airbnbs, o ponto de encontro especial será o Supermercado Super Aki Tulum, no centro da cidade. Por favor, considere os tempos de transporte para sua retirada e entrega.

- O limite de peso é de 270 libras para tirolesas, 300 libras para quadriciclos e 220 libras para passeios a cavalo
- Por medida de segurança, não é permitido o uso de celulares durante as atividades.
- Recomendamos trazer: troca de roupa, toalha, sapatos fechados, maiô, protetor solar e repelente biodegradável, óculos de sol e bandanas para quadriciclos.
- Caso selecione uma zona diferente daquela onde está localizado o seu hotel, a sua reserva deverá ser editada com a zona correta (custo diferente) através do motor de reservas.

It was good. The cenote was the best part. It was a lot of fun to jump in and zip line into the cenote. Tequila tasting was good and bought 2 bottles to take home.
The horse back ride was not bad, then to the cenote where you jump in the center water l jumped in this guy jumped in right after me push me back down in the water mind you l can't swim but l did have a life jacket on but l couldn't catch my breath, l was telling them l can't breath they thought me a life saver at this point l couldn't move.one of the people that were in the tour with us came to my rescue. That could have ended very bad ,they were not mindful at all very unprofessional ,l will be reaching out to the company ...Very bad experience for me .

Fantastic parts of this fast paced adventure were the ATV, and swimming in the cenote with zipline jump. Would really recommend this, but know the groups are large and at times felt really rushed - horse back riding was very quick, hard to interact with the horse, or notice the jungle. The tour guide was safety adversed which made it uncomfortable at times - swimming in cenote - called a wimp if you wanted a life jacket, seat belts frowned upon.

Would NOT recommend this third party excursion! I will list in detail. We opted to drive instead of get on the group bus, cool, when we get there we were told we could not "ride" with the group since we drove to the meeting destination. We had to drive to each excursion included and follow the bus! Secondly, everything was rushed so fast!!! They made us drive to another location for the horseback adventure, once we got there they were rushing us to get on the horses (as a barrel racer and rider who is experienced in handling a horse), I noticed that the stirrups for one of OUR riders in the girls group were not adjusted to her height. It was just us four on this excursion. We asked the guide THREE times to stop so we could adjust her stirrups. I would have adjusted them myself but I allowed him to do his job. She had no control over the horse (that was already rowdy) due to not even being planted in her stirrups as well as saddle. She was sliding to the left of the saddle about to fall off but had nowhere to put her foot as the saddle was slinging around. The reigns of her horse had no slack so anytime she pulled back she reacted. SAFETY should be the upmost top priority of each rider when riding horses at your Polo Club!!! Secondly excursion, the Cenote; they gave us 30 minutes, those of us who did not wear our bathing suit had no time to change and get in line. I did not get to go in the Cenote. The ATV's were NOT worth the ride as the other review mentioned as well!! We had two ATV's that broke down multiple times on the route and had to be switched out in the middle of the ride!!! They were overheating, leaking oil and overwhelming exhaust fumes where you couldn't even breath. This is definitely not worth $119 or however much it cost. If you happen to see this review, please take heed! PLEASE! Find another one!
Hello dear traveler, thank you very much for your comments. I will give you the explanation about what happened in your tour. The transportation that takes you to each of the points to visit on the tour is considered since you are picked up from your hotels, when you decide to go with your own vehicle, we do not consider your places in transportation knowing that you will drive your vehicle. Our staff in the horseback riding tour prioritizes the safety of our visitors, you are given the horses that best suit each one of your and the safety equipment is adjusted. The person who got on the horse was very nervous and was moving too much on the horse before starting the tour, when the guide saw this, he took her off the horse to secure all the equipment and gave her again the explanation of how to ride, during the tour there was no other inconvenience, and we did not receive any report from the girl. When doing each of the activities we did not return to the previous points that we had already visited, the guide advised them of this information and reminded them to please do not forget anything in the place of the horseback ride, when arriving at the cenote in your own car you forgot some belongings in the previous point, so you had to return for your things, there took time in which you were going to enjoy the swim in the cenote. At the end of the tour, we did not receive any other report about any problem with the tour that we could help you with, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your tour and felt rushed in each of the activities, however, all the times are considered so that the itinerary is fulfilled satisfactorily. We appreciate your understanding and hope that on your next visit you will enjoy the wonders of the Mayan jungle.
Overall great experience. We worried about getting picked up cause we arrived early and driver was late. Everything was fine after that. The only improvements I would suggest are inspections of all of the ATVs each day prior to tours. Some didn’t work and that took away from the tour but they were fun to ride. Fast paced tour so be prepared to move swiftly from one activity to the next. Water shoes were a great idea for us and clothes that could be worn for all activities + clothes that could be rapidly be changed into after ATVs is smart planning.

Awesome and event packed day!! Truly enjoyed myself. Loved Cenotes most, but had a memorable experience doing the Ziplines, ATV & Horseback Riding too. Well priced for all that you get. You can't go wrong booking this excursion. 7 hours of non-stop adventure.

Horseback ride was ok, ATVs we’re not worth it, you were so close to the person in front of you it made us sick from the fumes from the exhaust. Zipline was scary, lots of waiting on shaky towers for the tour guides to pile everyone on at the same time. Cenote looked to be man-made… we didn’t even risk going into the clouded water…. Food was horrible. Required to buy a locker for $5, not allowed to take your phone on horses, atv, and zipline. Unorganized, trying to sell you additional things from the moment we arrived to when we left. Forceful about tipping… we would NOT recommend this tour!!!

We remind you that each of the activities has a time limit in order to successfully complete the day's schedule. The reason why we do not let you take your cell phone on the activities is for safety, as we have had several accidents of customers who are distracted by taking pictures while riding their ATV. By not using electronic devices while performing the activities, we have reduced the accident rate. For us the most important thing will always be your safety and well being. We had a good time every thing was as described the buffet was chicken enchiladas not more of a buffet but we had fun loved each activity, definitely would book again!
