Também é projetado para todos: não é necessário experiência, os cavalos são calmos e bem treinados, e você sempre estará acompanhado por guias experientes. The stable was conveniently located near the coast and very close to our hotel, making it easy to find. The horses were well-fed and appeared to be well cared for, which we really appreciated. The trail itself was beautiful, with lovely scenery through the forest. However, we had expected more riding along the beach. The beach section lasted less than 10 minutes, while most of the ride was through the forest. When we booked the ride, we had the impression it was about a beach ride, not a forest one. That is why we booked it. We also appreciated that they considered the wishes of the more experienced riders by allowing them to gallop, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the owner tended to shout instructions quite a lot. He was friendly and meant well, but the constant shouting was sometimes confusing and felt unnecessary. At one point, it even made a kid cry. Overall, we had a good experience

I must say it was worth the experience. However, the path kicks up a lot of dust in the face at some points, which is somewhat unpleasant but normal due to the horses trotting. The photos that are presented are unfortunately not entirely truthful. According to the photos, you can also take the horses to the water or even a little into the water. We were 5-10 minutes at the sea, which was 15-20 meters away, and then we went back to the stable. Unfortunately, we also lacked time for photos. A photo is taken (only one person in the photo) at a location that can be purchased at the end for €10 per image and per person. I would definitely do it again, possibly with a few improvements. It may be that during the three-hour tour, the sea is very close, and one can also go into the water with the horses. But I cannot judge this because we had booked the 1.5-hour tour.

Gerade an trockenen Tagen und bei stärkerem Wind kann dort etwas mehr Staub entstehen, insbesondere wenn die Pferde traben. Das gehört leider zu einer natürlichen Reitroute durch die mallorquinische Landschaft dazu. Zum Thema Meer möchten wir gerne etwas klarstellen. Bei der von Ihnen gebuchten Tour handelt es sich um den kürzeren Ausritt, bei dem der Strand und die Küste nur einen kleineren Teil der Strecke ausmachen. Die längeren Strandabschnitte und die Möglichkeit, mit den Pferden näher ans Wasser zu gelangen, gehören vor allem zur 3-stündigen Beach Horse Riding Tour, die speziell für Reiter konzipiert wurde, die mehr Zeit an der Küste verbringen möchten. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The only positive aspects were the beautiful horses and the opportunity to connect with nature. The horses were calm, lovely, and clearly the highlight of the entire experience. As a complete beginner who had never ridden a horse before, I expected at least a basic introduction or safety briefing. Instead, we arrived and were left waiting for another group for more than 20 minutes. When the experience finally started, there was almost no explanation about what would happen, how to ride safely, or what to expect. The atmosphere on the ranch was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The man running the ranch appeared intoxicated, which honestly made me nervous and concerned about safety. For the first part of the ride, I felt worried rather than excited because nothing inspired confidence or professionalism. The ranch itself did not feel friendly or well-organized, and the overall customer experience was poor. Communication was minimal, the service felt unfriendly, and there was very little effort made to make guests feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the time spent riding on the beach was extremely short, which was one of the main reasons we booked the experience in the first place. The horses deserve much better than the service surrounding them. While I appreciated the animals and the scenery, I would not return and cannot recommend this ranch based on my experience.

This is a standard procedure, especially as rides often include guests with different levels of experience. We would also like to clarify one point for future guests. The excursion you joined is the shorter ride, which includes a brief section along the beach as part of the route. For riders looking for a much longer beach experience, we also offer a dedicated 3-hour Beach Horse Riding Tour, which spends considerably more time along the coast and beach areas, although naturally it is a more expensive option. As for the staff, we're sorry if one of the team members came across as less friendly than expected. Different personalities can sometimes be interpreted differently, but we always aim to provide a professional and welcoming experience for all guests. Very nice ride through a wonderful forest and along the beach. We found the horses to be very well trained. It was a lot of fun. We can recommend the trip!
