The cathedral is wonderful, especially the different styles of architecture and the paintings. I only have to point out that a couple times the guide would advise of an image they were referencing on the app but the image itself was not available. Other than that it was a well structured guide and very informative. Well worth booking

The indicated meeting point is not correct and you have to go to the opposite side of the cathedral. Since the tickets had already been issued online, Viator could have indicated the entrance to us and not a distant meeting point waiting for no one. Terrible organization.

Need wifi or data; hard to get your ticket till the last minute. Personally, I consider too much information, interesting but hard to follow.

The independence of the personal audio guide gives you time to decide how long to stop at a point and you can listen to the explanation several times. The translation is not perfect but still very good, sometimes the explanations are a bit hasty and could contain more details and details, which a real guide would surely give you. However overall very positive experience at an affordable price and we will repeat with other tours.

Breathtaking cathedral! Thoroughly enjoyed this self-guided tour. Our tickets were perfect as we booked for 10am which is when they opened. Very easy to enter on the side of the cathedral, get the audio device and do the tour. It is a little confusing to follow the audio guide as the locations for each part of the audio tour are not marked, you have to match where you are to the map and pictures on the audio device.
