Cataratas do Iguaçu Brasileira e Argentina de 2 dias

Only reason to come to Iguazu is the falls. Pictures are better from Brazil side. Easy walk. Stroller / wheelchair Not ideal. Argentina side includes train ride. Tour operator may switch sites and a little slow to respond.

We did with my husband the tour to Falls both on the side of Brazil and Argentina, all 10 points. Both times the transport was very punctual going to find us on the agreed schedule The first day we had a tour with Nancy who did an excellent job leading the group and very attentive that we were all having a good time, remembering the individual routes of each passenger and explaining in detail geographical and historical data of the area, the second day Lucho was just as efficient and entertaining as well as being very warm and energetic We really have nothing but gratitude for the people of Nordic, I would recommend it 100%

Fabulous day and guide. The trails are easily navigated and the views magnificent. Bring hat and sunscreen. Excellent.

I booked a tour should be synonymous with tranquility and enjoyment, but my experience with Nordic was quite the opposite. I bought a two-day package that included: • Day 1: Visit to the Falls on the Argentine side. • Day 2: Visit to the Falls on the Brazilian side. The first day was normal, but the second became a real odyssey. The night before we were informed by WhatsApp of the departure time, and we got up early again to fulfill the excursion. However, after being the first to get into the mic, we toured between 9 and 11 hotels picking up passengers, until, almost arriving at the park, the guide announces that we would visit the Argentine side again. We immediately informed him that we had contracted the visit to the Brazilian side. Without hesitation, we were returned to the hotel, only to be picked up ten minutes later by another bug to take us on the right tour. But the tour of the hotels was repeated again. Tiredness, confusion and discomfort ended up marring what was supposed to be a memorable experience. Most disappointingly, the agency did not offer an apology. When I claimed, I was told that I had already made the walk in Brazil, completely ignoring the lost time and exhaustion of two consecutive early mornings in the middle of the holiday.

First day I should have been picked up at 7:30 but nobody came and it was hard getting in contact with someone who knew so meshing about the trip. But finally I got in contact with someone and they ended up picking me up at 9 am The next day. I should have been picked up today at 7:20 they told me. But the same story was yesterday when I waited many hours for them. I contacted the phone number and finally got some reply. They told me 5 min delay. And after waiting they finally picked me up 7:40. And that would not be a problem as long as they had just told me that or or told me pick up between 7:20-7:50 or something. But because I was forgot the day before I was a bit more afraid of the same thing happening. It has just been really frustrating for me standing waiting with no information, next time I will probably arrange it myself with a driver, would have been a lot easier. But the guide was really nice, I was the only English-speaking so I feel like I did not get all the information as the other, but I really liked the guide. That's a plus

Total rip-off. Misinformation, not what was advertised, couldn't go, unhelpful communication. Don't recommend this at all.

Everything was very good, the guide Lucho, the transfer, the time of visits, the clarifications and advice, the driver. We had a great time and were comfortable with the service provided by the agency, fulfilling everything contracted.

The Falls were amazing. But when you pay for 2 days tour and only get one day. Was not happy. As my ticket was dated 24/12/23 for a 2day tour

Don’t bother! Firstly many of the other reviews say the same thing I am about to. You are basically paying for transfers from your hotel to the national parks on both sides as once you get there you have to pay for everything yourself including all the entrance fees. My advice book a local taxi to take you to the parks and walk around at your own leisure and not have to wait around for other tourists as there is a lot of hanging around on this tour too. Communication from Nordic was poor to start with and information was only provided in Spanish even though we paid for an English speaking tour. Viator weren’t much help either tbh and will certainly think twice before booking with them again as they did nothing to help when we didn’t hear from Nordic about the hotel pick up times etc. The falls however are magical and well worth a visit, just not on this tour.

Iguazu falls was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. We were the only English speaking people on the trip and they took very good care of us. Maru our guide did a terrific job including us.
