Last Monday I did the tour with 4 family members…Not so happy, it was somewhat windy and the waves pushed us away from the boat (I can swim, I swim weekly but not in the sea). So, some scary moments especially for my family members. The crew threw a cord to get them on board again, luckily my daughter was able to throw the cord to her friend (who was in panic), I don't know what would have happened otherwise. Why the lifebuoy was not used, I don't know neither. I was able to get to the boat, but it costed me a lot of efforts... No warnings beforehand, and afterwards I was told by the captain "it is an adventure"..., sorry, but not the kind of adventure I am looking for.

However, even when we are able to make the stop, sea conditions can sometimes change or not be as calm as we would ideally like. For this reason, getting into the water is never compulsory, and each guest can decide whether they feel comfortable and confident enough to swim. Our crew is always attentive to the guests in the water and prepared to assist whenever necessary. We are also sorry that the captain’s comment made you feel that your concerns were not fully understood. We take your feedback seriously and will share it with our team. Wonderful mini-cruise with refreshing swimming off Malaga coast. Good bar service and well organized swimming and jumping from the catamaran. The only improvement I could think of is to make more shade on catamaran during summer season as weather is extremely hot.

Let 40 teenagers on a school trip on and they took over the boat. We asked to go on a later boat or to get a refund and they refused. Rude and awful service. No space for other passengers.

They're robbers, they don't have any sense of customer, they don't answer the phone, and they have very nasty staff. Never leave

⭐ Negative review on MundoMarino The experience with MundoMarino has been a great disappointment. I bought an online offer that supposedly included full access on board, but upon arrival I discovered that I could only sit on the boat, with no right to anything else. We were assigned a seat which, as advertised, was included, but then we were told it had to be paid for separately. The treatment of the staff was totally inappropriate. A worker addressed me in a very street manner, raising his voice in front of other passengers, without respect or privacy. He didn't come to talk politely, which I found very unprofessional. One less point for customer service. In addition, the ship sailed 8 minutes late and returned 18 minutes earlier than indicated. And to top it off, there were too many people on board. It was almost impossible to find a place to sit, which made the ride overwhelming and not enjoyable. They should control the capacity better. In short, I do not recommend MundoMarino. Poor organization, poor care and a far below promised experience.
Nice view, nice music, great dj, spacious boat. we would have preferred more time to swim and dance. apart from that all perfect, friendly staff
We found this excursion a bit by chance with a very affordable price! No sooner did a DJ throw the music and set it on fire instantly! We found ourselves in the middle of a slightly young population but it was very very nice! A crazy Mood The swimming stop was very secure. To do again! 🥳🥳
