They canceled on us 15 mins after meeting up time. No communication upfront. Refund will take 3-5 business days. I do NOT recommend this tour provider

Booked and paid on trip advisor then when we got there they said we still owed $150 for dock fees. Hard to find the right people then when we did find them they took us to a resort all the way across the island and then said the boat would be another hour and a half. So we were stuck there with 3 hungry/thirsty kids so ended up spending more money at the resort we were stranded at. Then on the excursion we really didn’t know what was going on because all instructions were in Spanish.
This trip was full of emotions and good vibe. The agency was always watching over us and our doubts. The affordable price The places are beautiful.
Trip was cancelled at last minute for weather conditions apparently. We saw similar boats doing the trip. OK fine. Now we have been waiting for refund for 1 week. Will need to dig for it I guess. Not happy.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, keeping everybody together when we were snorkeling. However, compared to other tours, we have taken we would have appreciated more time doing this snorkeling, and in other areas that are not as crowded as the one where we. At any rate, if you are looking just to have fun for a while with a “gringo” lunch (burger and chips) , You will enjoy it. If you are looking for a better snorkeling experience, you should look for tours that are more focused on the snorkeling experience and closing the trip with fresh ceviche in the “Cielito” Overall, I gave the tour 100% recommendation for the younger crowd. PS: drinks were plentiful and very good 👍🏼
Will cancel last minute, wevwere ready to go and canceled to take care of others. Cruise ships first
It was as amazing day with snorkeling among the fish then going to a shallow area to swim or snorkel with the stingrays then lunch and recreation at the beach.
Horrible experience! Never never book here. We paid $49 a person for 6. The service fees we still owed was$39.00 a person. The tour wasllate they never messaged us info about where to meet once we got to the terminal. the guy on the tour when we finally found him said we owed $600.00 dollars more. So we walked away. Never take Fury tours!
Nice when getting on Catamaran, couldn't find the check in place...there were MANY blue signs. Also Viator needs to make sure the wording says it was a deposit when the reservation was made, I am not sure if I paid twice...If I was told that or read that info, it needs to be more prominent on the receipt. Loved the boat, people drinks, loved the beach bar, didn't care for the snorkel spot as there were hardy any fish and no turtles.
I haven't ever meet the marine nature just when I visited Cozumel, the nature is incredible and tourist guides make feel a great and unforgetable experience, I recommended to take a good camera (go pro) could be better to catch the best moments. Thanks to the agency for their attention, I feel on save although I travelling alone.
