We booked a hot air balloon ride with Camins de Vent and honestly loved it. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the team was friendly and easygoing, which helped a lot because we were a little nervous at first. Once we were up in the air, it was such an amazing feeling. The views were beautiful and everything felt so peaceful. It’s hard to describe, but it was one of those experiences that you just stop and enjoy in the moment. The pilot was great too — very calm, professional, and happy to answer questions. What I liked most was that it never felt rushed or too touristy. The whole experience felt genuine and really well handled. You can tell they do this with a lot of care and experience. I’d definitely recommend Camins de Vent if you’re thinking about doing a balloon ride. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip.

From the start communications we're prompt and helpful. Clear instructions and costs were set out at the start. On the day staff were friendly and professional. The balloon and equipment were to a very high standard and the flight was amazing with a very experienced pilot. I would recommend anyone looking to do a hot air balloon to use these guys. Loved the views and it was very peaceful. I was expecting to feel something when we started floating up in the air but it was extremely smooth. Great birthday gift and highly recommend you give it a shot!

Booked as a surprise specifically for Valentine’s Day. Was emailed to ask could we go the day before, only in Barcelona for 2 days so changed our plans agreed. The start time was also brought forward which didn’t really suit us either. We drove nearly 2 hours to an empty field with a lot of people just standing around, no balloons up. After waiting in the van 45mins we were told it could not go ahead as the weather was too foggy so we were sent back, another 2 hours, in the transfer (which we had to pay additional for). Total waste of a precious day. Guides knew nothing about if we would get a refund or not. I am told it will be processed in 3-5 days
Hello, the balloon flight is an activity that totally depends on the weather. We ask you to advance the flight 1 day, since on Saint Valentine's Day, the weather was very bad. To our surprise and yours, on the day of the agreed flight, the weather was not good either, and for safety you cannot fly. The money is returned to you in full, but you paid Viator and Viator are the ones that return the full money to you. Hopefully you can fly again another day with good weather conditions. Greetings

The flight was very good. We were told that the trip back to the Barcelona would be $100USD. Upon arrival to the hotel we were charged $140USD. To top things off photos were taken and were suppose to be sent via email. We never received the photos promised or listed in the description.
Hello, The pick up to the hotel is external to us, perhaps you were misinformed or misunderstood. As for the photos, we send them to the whole world, and to you too. If you have not received them, you will send us the E: mail again and we will send them to you by wetransfer. Kind regards
