Itinerário
O passeio começa no centro de visitantes ao ar livre e no restaurante onde você poderá ver as incríveis montanhas ao redor do local, depois pegaremos os sapatos, capacetes e coletes salva-vidas para a viagem. Depois de nos prepararmos, começaremos a percorrer a floresta densa, passando por passarelas e também veremos várias plantas e flores locais, pararemos no topo da montanha, onde iniciaremos o caminho descendo pelas cachoeiras, os diferentes níveis das cachoeiras são percorridos pulando, nadando e deslizando pelos toboáguas. Ao final do trajeto, retornaremos ao restaurante do Visitors Center, onde você poderá desfrutar de um buffet livre opcional de comida tradicional dominicana, bastando consultar o guia para confirmar a disponibilidade. Este passeio inclui acesso às 7 cachoeiras do local.

Se o seu cruzeiro chegar a Taíno Bay, nos encontraremos na área de táxi do lado de fora, teremos uma placa com o seu nome, normalmente os clientes nos encontram 30 a 45 minutos após o cruzeiro atracar. Se seu filho chegar em Ambar Cove, você deve entrar em contato comigo, pois tenho motoristas e eu, que trabalho lá dentro, às vezes tenho muitas reservas, o que fazemos para atribuir um motorista onde eles devem se encontrar em um ponto específico.

From the time we were picked up to the waterfalls to meal after, it was all amazing. The guides were personable, funny, and knowledgeable. They were diligent with protecting our safety. It was a wonderful experience. I’d give it a 10/10
Used this service for Damajagua Falls with lunch in Puerto Plata. Had a great experience! Would definitely recommend. Car was clean, spacious and driving was efficient but always felt safe. Great music, vibes and conversation. At the Falls staff was patient and willing to accommodate our needs and request. Service was a total of about 4-5 hrs. Would definitely go back and use the same service! Fee was reasonable for all that was offered and accommodations were made just for me and a +1, so small intimate group.
Very difficult to find the driver to actually get to the excursion. Once there things were fine. We didn’t do as many slides as it seemed in the description. We were done within 3 hours including lunch.

Lasanc Tours is a great company. Santos was a great driver with a good sense of humor. They sent a personal photographer who captured great videos and pics. The views and waterfalls were amazing!

You are walking in river rocks the whole time, so wear some footwear with arch support that can go in water.

Bring water shoes and be aware it’s a 3 mile hike round trip. Bring phone protection from water We did not and didn’t get any pictures!!

This is a great excursion with some really unique features. Multiple waterfalls with natural water slides and hiking through the rainforest. Be aware that it should be the listed as strenuous. Almost 1 hour hike with over 30 minutes of uphill stairs and trails to get to the first waterfall. The staff was amazing and understanding our limitations. I am very fit but my wife is a lung cancer survivor and it was a lot of work for both of us. The payoff is great but we would have liked to have known ahead of time the work involved in the payoff. We have don’t probably 15 excursions all of the world with Viator and this was the most physical work. Again if you know ahead of time you can prepare.

Such a fun day! The hike was beautiful, the guides were kind and helpful, and the water falls were crazy! It is definitely an adventure to experience!
Epic tour! Alfredo took great care of our whole group. Hike in had beautiful views and wasn’t too difficult. Hiking down the waterfalls was amazing and the group appreciated having different difficulty options for descending. Highly recommended.
The walk to get there is over a mile ,take good water shoes. It was extremely crowded!! They had no control of how many people where on the steps to the falls, an accident waiting to happen. Which there were 2. Be aware that you could get hurt.The guides were pretty good helping us in the river to walk across. I would say that i booked with Alfredo and never met him he had a driver to pick us up , which was fine but when we got to spot after getting geared up we were put in with a random group and i felt like they were the priority! In fact at the falls they left us behind and we disnt even see the 3 falls! Very disapointed we just sat there for over 30 min waiting for everyone to come and get us. So will i recomend the tour : sure i guess but make all questions before hand even if you think its silly.
Lady, remember that it was explained to you that the waterfalls were raining a lot and it could only be done on that day 3 due to the rain and caution for you!
