Pickup está disponível nos hotéis de Cartagena, no Aeroporto Internacional Rafael Núñez, no porto de cruzeiros ou noutro endereço confirmado dentro da área de pickup configurada. Insira a sua localização exata e o horário de partida preferido no momento da reserva. Antes da viagem, enviaremos o nome do seu motorista, número de telefone, tipo de veículo e placa de identificação. Seu motorista irá encontrá-lo na entrada do hotel, área de chegadas do aeroporto, ponto de encontro do porto de cruzeiros ou outro local confirmado. Se a entrada não for acessível por veículo, confirmaremos o ponto de encontro mais próximo.

Hadar was an excellent driver safe and sound the whole way for the drive from Cartagena to Santa Marta, on time great experience. Santiago the booking manager was very responsive and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Amazing time with our guide Hugo and driver Arnel. Hugo was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We learned so much about not only Cartagena, but also the villages and cities we passed along the way to Santa Marta. We stopped to see statues of Shakira, Sofia Vegara, got food and bathroom breaks! 100% recommend. We felt very welcomed, safe, and we learned a ton from Hugo who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Excellent service, the best option if you want to go quiet. The route by plane Cartagena-Bogotá-Santa Marta is very slow, hopefully 4-5 hours, if you make it very fair, the cost, twice what I got here. Plus it's more expensive. The very polite driver knew how to keep quiet or not be noisy with the music when I went to the phone, then offered a very interesting conversation and full of valuable route and stay data. I totally recommend.

I’m really glad we chose this option instead of traveling by bus. Our driver, Hader, was extremely kind and professional, shared lots of helpful advice, and made us feel completely safe with his careful driving. He picked us up and dropped us off door to door, and since our accommodation was near Tayrona Park, we paid a pre-agreed additional fee, which was absolutely worth it.
