This has been a dream of mine for years and it did not disappoint. I am so humbled to have been able to have this experience. You think you will understand seeing a video on social media or photos on the internet but seeing all of those balloons in the sky was breathtaking. The “driver” of the balloon regularly made sure everyone was comfortable with the height and actually was so skilled he landed the balloon right on the trailer. Everything was seamless, there were plenty of opportunities for photos, and I enjoyed the champagne toast. Well worth waking up at 3 am.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! Everything was so well organized, and the team guided us through every step, making us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Watching the sunrise from the hot air balloon was truly magical, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. My heart is so full, and this is a memory I’ll cherish forever. Very nice experience, I recommend 100%. They are cheaper than others and are very responsive. They always find solutions if the weather conditions are not favorable. Go ahead with your eyes closed

We had a very enjoyable and scenic flight for two main reasons: 1) our pilot was excellent and 2) there was a thick layer of snow on the close by mountains, which made for very picturesque scenes. The fight was, however advertised as being in Goreme and at sunrise. In spite of being picked up at 03h50 we only arrived at the launch site after sunrise due to a two hour drive to get there. This was very disappointing from a photography point of view. If you, like us, are wanting to capture images of the unique Goreme landscape at sunrise, this is not the hot air balloon ride for you. Clients should be informed of this in future.

We would also like to clarify that on the day of your flight, there were weather-related delays and waiting procedures due to flight permissions and safety conditions. Unfortunately, this caused the flight to take place later than originally planned, after sunrise. Safety is always our first priority in hot air balloon operations. The flight was unfortunately canceled because of bad weather. But the service from green and red travel, especially Selman was very good. He communicated very well. He not only apologized, even though it was not his fault, he also submitted for the refund ASAP.
