I booked Hot air Cappadocia Tour on 20th of September, flight should take a place 25th of Setpember, I ASKED VERY CLEARLY if total price per person is advised 250 euro and there will be no extras. 17 hours before flight should start I was contacted about my confirmed reservation that I need to pay additional extra 70 euro per person or I can get redund. It gave me such short notice that other agencies were fully booked and I not have time to look for other option due to that so I paid extra as it was birthday present. I just cannot understand how they could sold me product for 250 euro if it never existed in the first place, this is not how business should be done. (I asked few people on the ballon flight how much they paid and it was less than me unfortunately) So i am finding this unfair and it should be communicated before or I should be informed that reservation is not confirmed and price is not settled. As I asked before and they did not mention anything like that, due to that I am giving 2 stars rate despite all other people left 5. I am attaching communication from whatsupp. Regarding actual balloon flight, I was happy with experience , pick/drop from/to hotel and it was amazing experience.

We fully agree that this should have been communicated to you much earlier, and we regret that it was not handled in a more transparent manner. Regarding the price difference you experienced, we understand how this can feel unfair, especially when other passengers may have paid less. The balloon operators occasionally offer promotions or discounted rates depending on the booking date and demand, and these fluctuations are beyond our control. We are glad to hear that despite this issue, you enjoyed the actual balloon flight and had an amazing experience. Please rest assured that we will work closely with our partners to ensure better communication in the future and to avoid such surprises for our valued customers. I was never picked up at the hotel. The answer was “I didn’t see your reservation” and “today is a busy day I’m sorry and we didn’t see your reservation” so unprofessional agency.

We went to cappadocia with Mr. veysi who is an excellent tour guide for us. One of the best guide who explains everything we should and want to know about these wonderful places in cappadocia. My boyfriend and I were visiting Cappadocia, and one of my favorites was the dungeon, which is probably bomb shelter. Very good, very recommended, Chinese guide, also great.

Mr. Veysi was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything from a mixture of green and red tour. I highly recommend him and loved that he was very reasonable with his prices, and lunch/ pick up/ drop off services were included. Mr. veysi was indeed cooperative and covered all of the places without rushing us. His company was very quick about organizing our private tour, and answered all questions regarding our tour. The buffet lunch was extremely delicious with many options to choose from. Very professional company. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking at a hassle free and very well managed tour.
