Canyoning Rio Verde desde Nerja

Amazing day out! Well worth every penny, if like me you are staying down in Malaga the Alsa bus service leaving Puerto Malaga at 06:35 will get you to the pick up around 8am so don't let the timing put you off!

One of the most epic moments of our holiday in the Málaga environments. Our guide, Javier, was the best driver to bring us safe at the starting point which was already an adventure in those mountains. The canyoning itself was the best experience one can have! Nature, adrenaline kicks, jumps, waterfalls.. but always very well guided! A big recommendation for adventures people! And a super big thank you to the organization!

This was the best Euros I have ever spent David! This was one of the highlights of my trip to Nerja. The canyoning tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The scenery was breathtaking, with crystal-clear pools, beautiful rock formations, waterfalls, and stunning canyon landscapes. Our guide David was professional, friendly, and safety-conscious while also making the experience fun and exciting. We enjoyed jumping into natural pools, swimming, scrambling over rocks, and descending through the canyon. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the guides explained everything clearly, making the activity enjoyable even for those with limited canyoning experience. The tour was well organized and offered the perfect mix of adventure, adrenaline, and natural beauty. We had so much fun at our canyoning tour at Rio Verde. Our guide Javier was competent and made us feel very safe. He encouraged us in the right spots and made the trip a great experience. The hike from the car to the start of the canyoning was harder and more staneous than I expected. So it's good to know that you at least need a medium condition. Afterwards we were offered som drinks and snacks, to improve our energy level

I wanted to experience something extraordinary, and canyoning was one of those experiences I had always dreamed of doing 😊 I hesitated a lot... but I absolutely do not regret it! I experienced this adventure with my two children, aged 25 and 12, and it was just extraordinary ❤️ I should also clarify that I am not athletic at all 😅 and yet it is truly an accessible activity, within everyone's reach, thanks to the guidance and reassurance provided by the team. Javier really made us feel at ease from start to finish. His professionalism, good humor, patience, and kindness are a real plus. Oscar was also very friendly and spoke French, which helps a lot 😊 The Rio Verde is absolutely beautiful 🌿💦 The team is great: small groups, quality equipment, and genuine attention given to each person. I really recommend renting the shoes: it is a huge comfort, and not all companies offer it. This was an excellent introduction to canyoning, which got the heart racing at times with some optional high jumps into the river and also climbing down a hole into a special place behind the waterfall. Thanks to Javier for helping me conquer my fears and being patient! It was a lot of fun. Remember to take insect repellant for afterwards!!
