This isn't a real cancun tour. Just tourist shops. Super boring. Oh and, they sent me and 3 ladies into the WRONG taxi for drop off. They didn't even provide legit transportation. Such a sketchy experience. 10/10 do not recommend. No cancun photo either. Just drove by. The safety is my biggest issue. Sending us in the wrong vehicle is absolutely unacceptable. I could have been kidnapped or hurt. Very disappointed that I wasted a day on this trip. Boring boringggg.
The chocolate tasting is basically you going to a store that sale a lot of things and there 7 different small pieces of chocolate at the checkout counter you can eat. The same store has area where they have a display on how to make tequila. There was 3 different vehicles they used to transport me and 6 other people on our tour. A van, a double decker bus then a taxi. At the end of our tour 4 people were told that the trees would get in the way of double decker bus so we would get dropped off to our hotels in a different vehicle. Next thing we know we standing on the street and Tony is waving down a taxi that is passing by and tells us to get in. About 20 minutes into the ride the company send me a message through whatsapp saying that is not the taxi they ordered for us. It was then that we realized Tony had us get in a random taxi driver car without speaking to him to verify if he’s our driver. From that point things got a little crazy but then we got in contact with the office who explained what happened to the taxi driver who dropped the first young lady off but took the remaining 3 ladies to the wrong hotel. We had to explain with the help of a translation app where to drop us off at. It was a great time until it was time for us to be dropped off at our hotels.
This trip is a no , it’s a tourist trap they take you to people they know to shop where I was robbed of £300 I paid for a few souvenirs and it was 700 MX i tried to pay cash would not let me so paid with apple pay and they charged me 7000MX which i noticed on my phone straightaway he said i would get the money back in 3 days and gave me receipt ( but it never came ) as for the rest of the trip you go to a small ruin and get bit to death by mosquitos and the museum is just a joke its just another excuse to get more cash out of you , the only + was the driver and guide were ok

Timing is good, its perfect - not too long of a tour. Not spending so much time in one place which is a great plus for us.
It was a great guided tour with shopping and tequila tasting stops. Tony was very knowledgeable and his driver can maneuver the tight turns with ease.
Very difficult to confirm our reservation. VM on phone was in Spanish only. No return call. Finally reached someone on facebook. Should nt be this hard! Tour bus had a canopy over top to keep shaded which was critical. They played very loud annoying and sometimes obscene and inappropriate music. Tour guides were friendly but didnt talk about cancun as much as we had thought. Didnt point out the secret boardwalk and only offered a tiny water or can of beer once during 5 hour Tour. Honesty we were driving more than anything having to listen to loud music. It would have been nice to be able to chat with other guests on the tour but it was too loud. I wish we had left the tour and returned to our hotel after the first tourist trap/gift shop. The salesman was in my face the whole time with hard pressure selling. I will never take a bus tour from this operation again.
