**Recolha no aeroporto:** À chegada, recolha a sua bagagem e dirija-se ao Hall de Chegadas. Seu motorista espera do lado de fora do terminal, na área de embarque do transporte terrestre, segurando uma placa com o logotipo laranja da Cancun Travel Experience. Por favor, apresente sua confirmação ou documento com foto na retirada. Seu transporte estará pronto exatamente 30 minutos após o horário de pouso do seu voo e pode esperar até 60 minutos após o horário de pouso do seu voo. Chegadas: Se por acaso você encontrar algum problema para localizar seu motorista, dirija-se a qualquer um dos seguintes pontos de encontro: - Terminal 2 (chegadas domésticas) no Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (chegadas internacionais) no Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 no Bar Margaritaville - Terminal 4 no Welcome Bar **Recolha no hotel:** A hora exata da recolha será confirmada um dia antes da partida do seu voo, o seu motorista irá encontrá-lo no átrio do seu hotel. Por favor, apresente sua confirmação ou documento com foto na retirada. Por favor, esteja pronto e esperando alguns minutos antes do horário de embarque confirmado, os motoristas só podem esperar no máximo 10 minutos após o horário de embarque confirmado.

This service is a scam!!!!!! Booked a round trip shuttle to Playa del Carmen. Shuttle was not there when we arrived in Cancun. Number provided isn’t a valid telephone number so could not get in contact with anyone from Cancun Travel Experience. Driver eventually showed up after I reached out to Viator. Never received any correspondents/voucher for return trip either. Even after speaking with Viator for a 2nd time, the shuttle never showed up to take us back to the airport.
Transportation arrived early. Great driver and great conversation. Arrived early to the airport with no issues.

Paid for the round trip. No one showed up to take me to the airport. They read my many messages and still no one showed up.
I prepaid for round-trip airport transportation, but the return service was extremely stressful due to a complete lack of communication. When you’re traveling internationally and trying to catch a flight, reliable communication is essential. Ultimately I had to make additional arrangements for airport transfers even though this service was paid for in full prior to my arrival to Mexico. The customer service and communication with Cancun Travel Experience was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company.
Very prompt. Arrive 10 minutes early and I was already waiting. Very polite and easy and safest travel experience so far.

Had a great experience with this shuttle service. I booked last minute and they were excellent! Communication was thorough and they showed up on time, as scheduled, for our airport and resort pick up. Would definitely book again!
