Pedimos gentilmente que você esteja no saguão pelo menos 10 minutos antes do horário de retirada. Nosso motorista, vestindo uma polo branca e calças azuis ou cáqui, virá ao saguão e chamará seu nome. Observe que o motorista só pode esperar até 5 minutos. Os serviços de retirada de Playa del Carmen e da Riviera Maia não estão incluídos. Os hóspedes que ficarem nessas áreas precisarão chegar diretamente à marina no dia do passeio.

I booked my tour in advance, when i tried contacting them through Viator, messaging them through Viator, and emailing them as well for my pick up time from my hotel no one responded. I then had to call an agent from Viator to assist me and they also were not able to provide me with the details. Finally was able to get a hold of them the day of and they said I had booked for the incorrect date and that I had missed it. However that was not the case, and even the Viator agent confirmed I booked for the correct date. I ended up missing on the tour due to their lack of communication and was not able to do anything g the whole day as well since I was waiting at the lobby for my transportation.

Fantastic snorkelling trip. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, and starfish. Really enjoyed the trip and pele took really good care of us. We wasn’t rushed as is common on snorkelling trips and had plenty of time to see sites like the ship wreck. Thank you
