Great experience with a knowledgeable local guide. We got picked up at our hotel and then went to a secluded trail that lead to a pristine beach. We snorkeled and he got excellent pics and videos using my GoPro. He also brought us beer and water to enjoy on the beach afterward. A great way to get off the resort and explore Huatulco.
Hello from paradise. Thank you so much for your comment, we hope to see you back soon.
This was an amazing tour. Highly recommend going as early as possible. We were greeted right off our cruise ship by friendly folks and taken to a couple of cars. (We had a group of 6, plus 1 extra from the ship). They made sure we had snorkel gear in hand (we all brought our own) and then drove to the park entrance. The bay was about a 10 minute walk through a well groomed trail, where the guides talked about some of the birds and other animals in the area. The bay itself was beautiful and tucked away. Soft sand beaches, and a nice entry into the water, with a shoreline reef right off the beach. The guides (we had 2) split up, 1 watching gear and the other in the water with us. We snorkeled for a couple hours, eventually getting out once the boat tours started doing their 20-30 minute drops of 20 people in the water with life vests. The water was clear, and tons and tons of fish were seen. After the snorkel, we played in the water on the beach a bit, sipping water and beers. When we were all ready to go back, no pressure from the guides, we took the 10 minute hike back to the road, and then the guides drove us to a couple wonderful lookout spots to see more bays, and whales. It was very chill and relaxing, and both guides were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Hugo and Matteo were a good combo!
Hello from paradise. Thank you so much for your comment, we hope to see you back soon. We're happy that the experience was fantastic.
“This half day tour in Huatulco was amazing! If you are looking for a way to know the natural and cultural beauty of the area, I highly recommend it! The combination of snorkeling in La Entrega, hiking in Huatulco National Park and visiting La Crucecita is perfect. The snorkeling was the highlight for me. Although I had never snorted and am not the best swimmer, I felt super comfortable and safe thanks to Cristian Mazzei, our guide. Your patience and kindness made all the difference! You can see that he has a lot of experience and the necessary equipment for you to relax and enjoy. We were able to explore the vibrant marine life in the crystal clear waters of La Entrega, and then the walk in the park gave us spectacular views. The visit to La Crucecita was an excellent way to learn about local history and culture. Best of all, the group is small, so the attention is personalized. And Cristian recommended us a place to eat delicious, outside the tourist area! It was a real find. In short, if you want an authentic and well-organized experience in Huatulco, do not hesitate to book this excursion! And if Cristian is your guide, all the better!"
Hello from paradise. Thank you for your comment. We hope to see you back soon.
This was a beautiful beach and our guide, Eduardo, was informative and interesting, with great English, and he took good care of us . The bay felt safe, but the snorkeling was disappointing: dead coral and few fish, though the swimming was beautiful.
Hello from paradise. Thank you for your comment. We hope to see you back soon and that this time the marine life will be revealed in full color.
My husband and I had the best experience with Homietours! We did the hike and snorkel experience and were so happy with the whole trip. The bay was absolutely stunning with perfect waters to swim in. Lots of fish and other sea life to take in. Our guide Hugo was so friendly and knowledgeable. He identified lots of plants and animals of the area and answered any and all questions. He had great recommendations for our stay in the area as well and even offered to show us a few local favorite spots in the city center. My husband speaks very little Spanish, so Hugo’s English speaking tour was what we needed. If you are in Huatulco, you should definitely get a tour from Hugo and his crew!
Hello from paradise. Thank you very much for your comment, Hugo is a very important element in our company and is passionate about his work. We hope to see you back very soon.
Hugo took us on a walk in the Huatulco National Park that lead to a secluded beach for snorkelling. We saw many tropical fish and even a turtle swimming by. We had an hour or more to enjoy snorkelling. Hugo was an easy going , kind and thoughtful guide. We enjoyed our trip with him.
Hello from paradise. One of Hugo's many favorites too. Thanks for your recommendation and we hope to see you back soon.
Hugo was our guide, he was very knowledgeable of the area and a fun guy to spend the day with . The snorkeling was very good as well. I highly recommend this tour.
We were pleasantly surprised by the wealth of experiences offered by this tour. Javier, our guide, impressed us with his exceptional knowledge of the area and its history. The seamless coordination of our hotel pickup at the agreed time set the tone for a well-organized excursion. As we embarked on the hike, Javier expertly highlighted numerous points of interest along the trail, enriching our journey with fascinating insights. The climax of the trek unveiled a hidden gem – a serene bay boasting a vast reef teeming with diverse marine life. Javier made sure we were safe and enjoying the experience the whole time as we weren't experienced with snokelling. When we finished he had ice cold water and beer waiting for us. This truly was an amazing excursion. Highly recommened
woooo Thank you very much for taking the time to write, we are happy with the results of our work.
The snorkeling was amazing. We saw a wide variety of colorful fish and coral . The best snorkeling of our trip!. Our guide, Javier, was knowledgeable and very helpful both on land and in the water. The walk through the jungle was very interesting with vines over our heads. I would definitely do this trip again!!!!!
Hello from paradise, thank you for your comment, it is vital for us to know that our tourists enjoy working for you as much as we do.

Hello from Paradise First Time ever we get this type of comment. I like to think it was meant for other provider: To start with the price you paid for included a certified tour guide with the credentials to walk you in the National Park, taxi driver CAN NOT DO IT , They aren't allowed. Our guide spoke enough English to guide you in land and water, I don't think your taxi driver would do it. Most likely you did a private tour , you and your parter , if you didn't the worst was one more couple with you, up to this point we never had taken more that 4 pax. Don't know if your taxi driver could have found the entrance to the National Park (that is not the main entrance)they usually are naive about cultural , educational, nature tours. You couldn't find it on your own*( the entrance to the trail)* even if you spoke perfect Spanish. We provided you with some drinks, little beer and cold water for both ; taxi driver don't even give you peanuts. Forget about the map ; we are the only Company in Huatulco that provides you with one , don't take that in the count but, taxi drivers of course don't offer one. Some times is disappointing when tourist expect the same prices some as others country.
