Very disappointing experience – did not match the advertised Premium 4x4 tour I booked this half-day tour well in advance on 17 July 2026 for my family group of 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby for the tour on 8 August 2026. I compared several tour agencies before making my decision, and I specifically chose this company because of the advertised “Premium 4x4 Half-Day Tour”, the “Comfortable & Premium 4x4 Experience”, and especially the Tea Plantation Viewpoint, which was one of the main reasons I chose this tour. Unfortunately, our actual experience did not match what was advertised. We initially started the tour with the premium 4x4, and my children were very excited, especially as it was also my son's birthday. However, after the first checkpoint, my family was transferred to another older 4x4 without air-conditioning. From what we could understand from the conversation between the guides, there appeared to have been a miscommunication regarding the number of passengers between the company and the tour guides. My concern is that this was not caused by my family, yet my family was the one who had to bear the consequences and change vehicles. We were not given a clear explanation as to why we had to be transferred. The replacement guide also appeared to be less experienced. The explanations throughout the tour were very limited, and I felt that more attention was given to the other group of customers. Most importantly, the Tea Plantation Viewpoint — one of the advertised tour highlights and one of the main reasons I booked this tour — was not visited. This was extremely disappointing because I specifically wanted this experience and the opportunity to take photos at the tea plantation viewpoint with the 4x4. I contacted the company after the tour to express my disappointment. To their credit, they apologised and said they would try to resolve the matter. However, I am still waiting for the follow-up and resolution. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience, not to attack the company or the guides. I simply hope future customers, especially families, can make an informed decision. If you are considering this tour, I recommend confirming beforehand exactly which 4x4 you will receive, how vehicle changes are handled, and whether all advertised highlights — particularly the Tea Plantation Viewpoint — will actually be included. I chose this tour because of what was advertised. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the premium experience I expected.
Fantastic! Tamil is a great guide. Informative and with a canny sense of humour! And the tour was really good…tea, strawberries and moss…great mix!!!
The places we visited were great! The guide was great too! We learned a tremendous amount of things.
I booked the tour with little expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The tour was led by our guide KC, and I joined the tour with another family of 5. KC was knowledgeable, explained the many different fauna and flora that exist in the forest, and took great care of all on this tour. We visited all the places as stated in the itinerary and as a bonus, he even brought us to a cacti farm for a short stopover before the tour ended. Overall, a good way to see and experience Mossy Forest and some of the others sights without it being too overwhelming.
Very nice tour done with excellent guide!
Kumar the guide was very knowledgeable. Trip was value for money. You do have to pay to go into Mossy Forest. The clouds were thick so no view. Best thing was the tea plantation.
Super trip along the tea plantations and the mossy forest. Our guide Venoth is a cheerful man with a lot of knowledge about the Cameron highlands and nature. Recommended!
The tour was good. Mossy Forest was the highlight. Tea plantation interesting and the strawberry farm a waste of time. Some suggestions: include entry fees to Brinchang in the price as not everyone carries cash to pay the guide afterwards. Our guide was great but the communication from the agency was horrible. Messages via Viator were never responded to and pickup instructions were wrong.
Because the Mossy forrest was closed due to the landslips of last year, we went to another place in the jungle. The experience does not prey less on it. Picked up by a tough Land Rover, a nice and fun walk / climb through the jungle and a visit to the tea plantations and factory of BOH tea and a strawberry farm. Super friendly guides, well organized.
