First experience of punting along the river and a very enjoyable time was had by all. The guide we had was very knowledgeable and friendly answering any questions from anyone and made the trip very enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Rutherford's as all staff on the dock were very friendly and helpful even letting us alter the time of our ride as we had arrived earlier than expected.
James was a wonderful guide! A really lovely experience with history and beautiful scenes! We saw ducklings and a kingfisher! The pimms stop was a highlight - what a lovely time we all had!
Good experience and good information
We were lucky enough to have a brilliant guide (Caius/Kaius, I think) who had only been in the job for a month, but who was massively knowledgeable about all the colleges, etc that we passed, & who was very happy to answer all our questions. He was extremely professional & a total credit to the company. He made our tour 100% enjoyable; thankyou.
Excellent river trip seeing a lot of the colleges that sit on the banks of the Cam. Our guide (Kias?) was very informative about the history and people who built or donated funds & named the bridges, he was also happy to answer our questions, he's a credit to your company.

An advance ‘big group’ booking was made very easy online with any queries regarding accessibility and process being answered confidently and quickly by phone. Most of us had never been to Cambridge before so appreciating the Colleges and their history from the river Cam was a delight. ‘Max’ our guide was confident, informative and entertaining especially impressive as it was his first outing. The Punt was very comfortable and was well equipped with brollies and blankets….not that we needed either thanks to the beautiful sunshine. Without exception, each of us had a fabulous time and felt safe being steered through a busy waterway. The ‘Pimms’ Punt was made use of and was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise!

This was an excellent trip with good views of colleges and bridges. Our guide, Max, did a grest job of punting and giving us information in an easy and friendly manner.
A great way to see some of the famous colleges on the river Cam; good general info from a friendly guide called Ryan. It’s fun to be in the water and let yourself be drawn into the grandeur of it all.
