Our only instructions were that the show started at 7pm. So we showed up slightly before 7pm and were told we had to wait because the doors didn't open until 7pm. The show didn't start until 8pm. Viator should have told us this so we didn't waste an hour waiting. Viator also didn't tell us the name of the venue was La Scene. That would have been helpful in finding the place.

The show itself was brilliant from start to finish. Very entertaining and full of surprises. The food was delicious and the drinks were tasty. Definitely a great night and would highly recommend

Fantastic show from talented dancers who at the same time were acting giving a nice and warm atmosphere. The food was very good and we had a fantastic time.

Now, THIS is the best show in Prague!!! I had attended the black light theatre (Wow show), which advertised itself as the "best show in Prague", but gosh, the La Scéne show beats it hands down! No questions asked. Gosh!! This was amazing, and we will be back :) With Love from Germany.

The tour operator did not disclose the correct location, so I never made it to the show. I tried calling the tour operator and even used the customer chat feature on Viator so they can help me get in touch with the tour operator. Viator was not able to get a response and told me they will be able to refund my ticket price. Now Viator has told me they will not honor that refund.
We’re really sorry about this and hope your next experience will be much better, but we have to add a few notes here. There was a guy standing outside with the banner and our team has replied to you message - also, we have not recieved any call from you and you still had enough time to join and enjoy the venue.
