The tour was full of meaningful history about the Burj, and the quick ride to the tower was so worth it. Smooth and fast. The views from the 124 and 125 floors were excellent.

Worth every penny You must go VIP no queuing Understanding 👍 The view it was raining & cloudy But when reaching the top the weather was so different fantastic views I had always wanted to to this It’s a must A day l will always remember My 20 year old daughter was so glad going up as she was unsure

Complete waste of money & time. Non-prime hours are supposed to be when it’s least busiest & not so crowded. However, I believe the time offered (7pm) was actually during the peak hours. It was literally no room, people were elbow to elbow & there was little space to actually view skyline. Also very unorganized, people were everywhere & the whole experience was just a waste. Didn’t even get a chance to appreciate the view because it was way too crowded & unorganized
Sorry to know you did not enjoy due to crowd, however now its a different experience and very limited people are given entry and would recommend a revisit whenever you are back in dubai
All I can say is, come see it for yourself and witness the power of a vision that doesnt acknowledge the impossible

We went 8.30am and there were no lines... amazing views and heaps of opportunity to get great photos without the crowds.

We went at 830am and it was easy and no waiting ... but witching 1hr of is going up and on our way down it was full of people and you would be lucky to see anything ! If you can go early !!!

Our plan was of course to climb to the tallest building in the world and we looked on the net for prices. However, since we have been cheaper on site, we compare on site. Rip-off! We were offered only 3x as expensive tickets as we wanted, there would probably be no cheaper ones. So we booked on the web. Photos are taken everywhere on site which were then offered to us for 1 photo equivalent 100€. So we only took our own. All in all a nice and quite worthwhile excursion. Even if the queue didn't look so big at the beginning, it took us over an hour to get to the elevator. We "only" took the ticket 124/ 125 EG and it was great

We were confirmed for the 3pm tour a month in advance. 5 days prior to the tour we were informed 3pm is not available and to pick evening times. We had a flight in the evening. Viator helped us find another tour operator who had 3 pm available. We had to pay $30 more and deal with aggravation. Viator should not deal with such "bait and switch" tour operators.
Hi We remember this booking was originally booked for 1:00 PM and then we re booked for 3:00 PM and there was nothing extra charged by us, if you still have the tour voucher you can located the Agent Name on it. We give out vouchers to 100 of Guests on daily basis and never charged extra once the booking is done unless the guests asking for an upgrade. Please do feel free to share your booking Reference Number so we can check on the same for you in detail and get back. We waited in line for over 1 hour to have a great view up in crowded platform. When shutting down then wait again 25min. Seems badly organized. The building itself very impressive.
Hi, Sorry for your bad experience, however the situation sometime is that its over crowded and all rush to reach the counter fast and to avoid this a queue system is in place and this is something also the guests have to wait. This usually happens when the place is over crowded and the queue system actually cuts of all the pushing and people jumping the lines.
