Buggy Punta Cana, Polaris, ATV, praia e caverna CanAm Macao

Very disappointing experience. My ATV kept getting stuck throughout the tour, which made it hard to actually enjoy the ride. Instead of having fun, a lot of the time was spent dealing with issues that should have been handled beforehand. What was even more frustrating is that we were not given our own buggy, even though each of us paid individually. We were required to share, which was never mentioned prior to booking. That alone completely changed the experience and did not match what was advertised. Overall, the tour felt misleading and not worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I am unsure how this has received 5 star reviews but here is an honest review. I paid the extra for the Polaris VIP because I didn’t want to drive the old buggies. 1) everything is an upsell!!! 2) the salesman came up to me and asked me if i wanted a private tour. I asked why and he said because you have a Polaris and the buggies would slow you down. After some negotiation we agreed. 3) they said they would charge me $100 and long behold after seing my credit card they charged me $120. The worst part is my tour guide wasn’t given another Polaris or ATV but a cheap old buggy. On top of it my Polaris was literally beat to hell and barely worked. 4) my tour guide Édouard was amazing!!! A true class act and super human. 5) every stop is a money grab! The worst was the beach where you couldn’t move without getting ripped off!! 6) on the way back the tour guides buggy broke so we had 30 minutes of following a broken machine. ***Listen if you go be aware NOT to book a Polaris and be prepared to be harassed for money

The excursion was an amazing experience. The landscapes were breathtaking, with mountains that left you breathless. The guide was very professional and shared fascinating facts about the local nature. Everything was well organized and was an excellent opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. Definitely an adventure I recommend!

Excellent trip very beautiful everything, very good the buggy give you an extraordinary walk through some caves beaches and beautiful landscapes

Excellent service, they look for you at your hotel by buggy they give you a tour of a ranch where on that ranch they enjoy a chou of mama Juana then they take you to a cave where you can swim and finally they pass you through forest where there are many birds

Excellent experience, very good service in Buggy are very punctual, give you a tour of very nice places like a beach cave and beautiful landscapes

Our gubby experience was excellent. They took us to a wonderful cave where we swam then went to the beach I recommend it. Everything was excellent from our hotel pickup thanks 🙂

Our trip through Dominican Republic was excellent,. they didn't take us in a buggy, we went to a cave, excellent trip, they looked us up at the hotel and took us for a walk in beautiful places

Our experience in the Dominican Republic was incredible. We enjoyed our buggy to the fullest. I recommend this excursion. Everything was excellent from our pick up at the hotel. I recommend it.
