Pick-up está incluído na maioria dos hotéis e resorts na área de Bávaro-Punta Cana. Para a área de Cap Cana, você deve solicitar um passe de acesso para que possamos entrar na propriedade. O transporte não está incluído para reservas no mesmo dia ou para acomodações localizadas nas áreas de Friusa ou Verón - os hóspedes nestes casos devem chegar ao ponto de encontro por conta própria. Na noite anterior ao seu passeio, você receberá uma confirmação com a hora exata de recolha e se será no seu hotel Lobby ou Security Gate. Na maioria dos hotéis, a coleta é feita na Porta de Segurança, a menos que você solicite e obtenha um passe de acesso especial para que possamos chegar ao lobby. Pick-ups começam dentro de uma janela de 1 - 2 horas antes do início do passeio. Por favor, esteja pronto no local confirmado 5 minutos antes do horário de entrega. Nosso motorista fará uma foto do lobby ou porta na chegada. Se você não estiver presente dentro de 10 minutos, será considerado um no-show. No-show não são reembolsáveis.

Very good experience, very good guide
Good experience. The tour was very good, and Macao Beach is beautiful. The cenote was not very pleasant. Too many people, it did not feel safe to jump in. I have visited other cenotes, and they are safer than this one. Overall, a good tour.
Very Unorganized! Waited soo long just to ride . The dune buggies need to be replaced as well safety hazard
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we are currently in Holy Week (Semana Santa), one of the busiest times of the year. As one of the only ranches operating to fulfill all pre-booked reservations during this holiday, the flow of people is much higher than usual, which can affect wait times.Regarding our equipment, please rest assured that safety is our top priority. Our buggies are heavy-duty vehicles maintained daily to endure extreme conditions of mud, rocks, and water. They are built for this rugged terrain, not for luxury, and they are fully capable of completing the adventure safely.
I was a little nervous about this excursion based on some of the reviews, but we had a great time! It was well organized, and the staff was very accommodating. My teens wanted their own buggy’s and we were able to purchase 2 more at $25 each. The staff was very friendly and safety was their top priority. Definitely recommend!

We were picked up at 11am for a tour that was supposed to start at 11:30am. We did not get to the tour location until 12:45pm. Then the “tasting” was just them trying to sell products to us. The whole tour was a lot of just waiting in the buggies, then waiting at each location. Very much a tourist trap to get you to buy more things from them.

Any vendors you encountered at the stops are completely independent and have nothing to do with our ranch. We do not earn a single cent from their sales, nor do we care if you buy from them or not. Our only business is providing the tour experience.Regarding the timing: there was no delay. This is a shared route with a scheduled pickup at 11:00 AM for the midday session. Arriving at the ranch at 12:45 PM is the standard process for coordinating multiple hotel pickups before the engines start.Additionally, we are currently in Holy Week (Semana Santa), one of the busiest times of the year. We were one of the only ranches operating to fulfill reservations for our clients. While there were more people than usual, if you look at other reviews from the exact same day, you will see families who had a fantastic time.We are sorry you didn't enjoy the pace, but we remain committed to delivering the adventure we promised to everyone who booked with us."
There was a lot of waiting and a lot of riding the buggies (obviously fun!) but we only spent 15 minutes at the cave and 15 minutes at the beach because we were running late. It was enough time to take a quick dip and then we were off. I was a little disappointed the beach visit was so short since before the tour I saw such nice photos of couples on the beach with iguanas and macaws. We didn't do any of that or get to experience it because we were running behind. Even though we were there on time. We also noticed that some of the other doors had much nicer buggies.

As for the buggies, we focus on having reliable, high-performance engines to tackle the mud and terrain safely, rather than just aesthetics. Excellent time on the buggies! Warning though do not purchase the margaritas on the beach...Regular margaritas was 35.00 each! Yes we should have asked first :/

I had such a great time ATV riding! It was sooo fun and an amazing experience. The staff had excellent customer service and made us feel very safe the entire time. I really enjoyed driving the ATV and everything was well organized. Overall a great experience and I would definitely do it again! Shout out to Michel!!
