0 stars if I could. The car arrived at our hotel, but the driver refused to take us because supposedly our bags could not fit. Instead of offering a solution, we were basically told to solve the problem on our own — when it was the tour agency that made the reservation, not us. We were even asked to send the exact dimensions of our bags, as if we had chosen the size of the vehicle. Since we arrived we have already made two transfers in even smaller cars and there was never any problem, but now suddenly there is. To make the situation worse, they wanted to charge us an extra to “improve” the vehicle. Is it our fault they sent a car too small? Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. The driver was not a collaborator and the company took no responsibility. Very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it. 0 stars if I could. We’ve already transferred cars twice since arriving and had zero issues, yet suddenly now it’s a “problem.” To make it worse, they wanted to charge us extra to upgrade the vehicle. How is it our fault that the car sent was too small? Completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating. The driver was unhelpful and the company took no accountability. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend.

We understand that, as this was a reservation made by the tour agency, you were confident that everything would be correctly coordinated. We also understand that, having made previous transfers without problems, this situation is even more disconcerting. The driver never picked us up. We had to get an uber to go to the hotel. At the day of arrival, they said they didn’t have enough space for our luggage.

Pickup worked as expected. The pickup area is a bit crowded so took a few minutes to locate the driver but he was there

We used these guys quite a bit during our time in South America. We used them from Buenos Aires cruise terminal to Jorge Newbery Airport for our flight to Iguazu Falls. We then used them from Jorge Newbery Airport to our hotel in Puerto Madero, and then from our hotel to the International airport. Each time they arrived at the pickup points at least 15 minutes early. Polite helpful drivers and door to door service. Highly recommended.

We carry out several transfers to and from the airport. Excellent Service from the people confirming the services and from the drivers, we were with Wendy, Ivan, and two other people who do not remember the names but very friendly, giving us recommendations from the city. I recommend having transfers booked, for flight cancellation we had to make a last minute transfer by Uber and I do not recommend it.

My husband and I booked a transfer from the Buenos Aires (EZE) International Airport to our hotel after a late night arrival into Buenos Aires. Our driver Avian met us at the designated spot near to where we went through Customs. So easy! He helped with luggage, spoke English and gave us tips for our trip. I would highly recommend this service!
