The tour man was very informative and very knowledgeable about all. He was very funny and helpful. It was a bus tour, walking (not much) and cruise 🚢. It was fantastic. I totally recommend it
We really appreciate your kind review and recommendation. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour and guide. Thank you for choosing Eurama for your sightseeing experience!
Not a pleasant experience. The tour guide was more interested in us tipping the driver and serving coffees in her friends coffee shop. Small talkings about Hungarian politics mondenities and personal life. Very disappointing.
Thank you for your honesty and sharing your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. We will certainly pass your comments along to the tour guide to address the issues raised.
Our tour guy was very knowledgeable and gave of enough time to take pictures and enjoy our tour. He was polite and spoke his Spanish very well. The bus was clean, comfortable, and had AC. Don't forget to ask for your boat ride pass if you bought the package. If you don't ask, they might forget to give it to you as the tour guy is not part of that. The good thing about the boat pass, you can use it at your own leisure time while you are here. It can be a day boat ride or night and you choose your times scheduled already.
We really appreciate your review and kind words. It's good to hear that the tour and the guide met your expectations. Thank you for choosing Eurama for your sightseeing experience!
The tour covered 3 major spots Mathaias church, hero square and st. Stephen church but didnot cover budapest parliament and the castle. Cruise was good but we had to wait 1 hour in sun as we were dropped at the inter continental, and to the cruise jetty was almostb10 minute walk.
Thank you verymuch for your honest feedback! Your comments are valuable, and we will consider them to improve our service.

You had to be in good shape. The boat trip was good, but it took a lot of time. We had a long wait time.
We really appreciate your honest feedback! Thank you for choosing Eurama for your sightseeing experience!
Knowledge of Guide was amazing and the driver did whatever he could to ensure we got close to the attraction.
We really appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing Eurama for your sightseeing experience!
A great small group tour of the top spots in Budapest. Dora was very engaging and super informative. She really knew her history. The 1 hour stop in the Castle District was the highlight. The castle, bastion and church are amazing plus great views of pest. It was well worth the 10 euro to visit inside the church. The rest of the tour was mostly information and photo stops. The bus’ a/c was not working well and we were dripping with sweat. The speaker was not the best either as people in the back found it hard to hear.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re glad that Dora’s enthusiasm and knowledge contributed to your enjoyment, and that the visit to the Castle District was a highlight for you. We apologize for the issues with the bus air conditioning and the sound system — we will pass this feedback to our team for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even more memorable experience in the future!
The tour guide helped us in discovering the timeless beauty of Budapest on a captivating three-hour bus and river cruise tour. Travel through grand boulevards, historic squares, and iconic landmarks including Buda Castle, Heroes' Square, and the magnificent Hungarian Parliament Building. Then we unwind on a scenic cruise along the Danube River, where breathtaking panoramic views reveal the charm of both Buda and Pest. A perfect introduction to the heart and heritage of Hungary’s elegant capital.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to hear you had a memorable day with us. Thank you for choosing Eurama for your sightseeing adventure!
Confirmation number: 1773971699 Booking reference number: 1391434119 We reserved a Viator Budapest Tour for 3-hours guided coach tour and 1-hour boat ride. Our pickup point was listed as Apáczai Csere János u. 12, Budapest; but there is no #12 on the street. There was no “Viator Pickup Point” sign. There was a side entrance to the Hotel Intercontinental Conference Center; perhaps that was what was intended. Several buses and vans were waiting and we had to ask each driver if they were the Viator tour. We finally found our tour after calling the Viator number. There was no “Viator” sign on his Mercedes van. Lots of opportunity for improvement here. The vehicle was a spacious black Mercedes van, nicely appointed. The driver was skillful and safe. We chose this tour because we two senior ladies cannot walk very far. The tour stopped twice, once at the Heroes square for 30 minutes and once at the Castle District for 45 minutes so the guests could walk around, which we did not intend to do. At the Heroes Square, we asked about public restrooms and the guide, Adam, was no help. By ourselves, we saw a Souvenir shop that advertised restrooms. It turned out that there was a charge, which we didn’t expect. Oops. Adam should have told us about that and did not. At the Castle District we asked about a café where we could sit and rest. Adam waved vaguely and said there are lots of cafés, pick one. Not helpful. Otherwise, Adam was very knowledgeable and had excellent English. He just needs to be more helpful regarding things like restrooms and cafés. There was no boat ride. The tour ended after three hours. We paid $128.40 for this tour. We think we should get a refund of $32.10, or 25%, since there was no boat tour.
