We enjoyed this experience. You are provided with what can be described as an old school mobile phone that you scan as you go through & listen to the info. It can get a bit busy in certain areas & ppl unfortunately stand in front of where you need to scan which is annoying. Was interesting learning about the origins of chocolate in Belgium. You get to watch some chocolates being made & to also taste some too.

We got lucky going during the week at 11am, as it wasn’t busy & gave us time to go through at our own pace.

At the end of the visit we could also see how Belgian pralines are made and liked tasting them. The museum shop had many souvenirs, so we bought a few nice things there for family and friends. A really fun museum to visit.
