1) Booked for llam. They switched to 2:30. 2) once we PAID to get to the meeting spot, they didn't show up. 3) called 5+ times to no answer 4) waited 45 min on the hot marina decks before deciding to PAY to get back to our hotel. 5) they were only on the way after I messaged them that we were waiting. We declined and left and requested a refund.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate the creative retelling of events. While your review suggests we “never showed up,”. We communicated the revised 2:30 PM departure time due to delays and remained in contact. You arrived early, waited less than 15 minutes past the scheduled departure, then left just before we arrived. It is unfair that you recount the incident as such. If you were unwilling to change the time you should have informed us so that we could have cancelled in advance. All in all you agreed to a new time. All the best in your travels.
This was an amazing experience, probably our favorite on this trip. The boat ride was beautiful and our guide Tyler took us to a beautiful area to snorkel. We were able to see and swim with a couple of turtles. He seemed very experienced on a boat and with the area and stopped at a beach for a bit to dodge some weather. I would definitely recommend this adventure. It’s great for all ages.
Booked the excursion and received multiple confirmation texts and emails. Was in Nassau on a cruise with limited time. Arrived 40 minutes early, waited over an hour. Excursion started at 2, stood in the sun until 2:30 with no sign of anyone. Called the number provided multiple times. Mariana staff were even calling the company for us. Walked all the way back to the port only to receive a call at 3:15, asking if we were coming. When I tried to explain myself the lady hung up on me. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Obviously the boat ride was beautiful and we did see a turtle which was wonderful. The boat did not have many of the included things which was very frustrating. Viator said there would be towels, snacks, wifi and none of that was available. We had luke warm drinks and we were chilly without towels.

Terrible experience! Do not waste your money. They change our departure time and didn’t call me. They sent me an email, but I’m on vacation and not checking my email. So we were there at our original time. We then waited an additional 30 minutes for them to finally arrive. Upon their arrival we were given the cold shoulder. We got on the boat only to realize that they only had a small bench for two people to sit. My husband and I had to sit in the floor. Once we arrived to the island we were given our gear and given no instructions or guidance as to where to look for the turtles. Our 2 hour excursion ended up being 1:15. I guess that’s what happens when your guided tour turns into a self guided tour. Unfortunately I am not being refunded or given a partial refund, but what to save you the stress of dealing with these terrible people.

Your tour was completed in full, and after the excursion you requested a full refund stating that the “driver did not show,” which is misleading since you did in fact participate in the tour. Our captain also recalls a very different interaction onboard, including that you tipped him at the end of the excursion, which did not indicate that you were dissatisfied during the trip. Regarding the departure time, our vessel was at the dock and waiting at approximately 2:35 PM. A schedule update was communicated via email prior to the tour. We understand you mentioned not checking your email while on vacation, but the updated information was sent in advance. As for seating and the snorkeling portion of the excursion, this is an adventure-style boat tour and seating can vary depending on guest count and conditions. Guests are provided snorkeling gear and guided to the designated turtle area by the captain and crew. We always strive to provide a great experience for all guests and take constructive feedback seriously, but we also believe reviews should fairly reflect what actually occurred. Keith and Omar were great guides! This was a perfect private excursion for our small group of three. We got to see turtles, explore coral reefs, and enjoy a fun boat ride. We were first time snorkelers and Keith & Omar were very helpful and made it an awesome experience. 10/10, highly recommend!
They provided a location for pick up across from a small convenience store and were not there at the time they said. I called them 4 times over a 30 minute period but got no answer. I left multiple voicemails but again never got a call back.
Hi Chris, we sincerely apologize for this experience. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding the pickup location. We are located by the Rubis gas station as listed on the directions. We also provide the google maps location. We did not receive any contact from you. We certainly apologize for the miscommunication.
Sooo we book a snorkeling excursion with them like a month in advance, got on our cruise and one day before they email us that that time wont work for them (they had that option in their website) obviously we were on vacation and did not check out email! So they did not show up and we wasted like 3 hours of our day in Nassau looking for the meet up place and while we waited for them. They did refund us after the trip but we did not got to do anything that day.

However, when excursions are booked online, email is the primary and standard method used to communicate important updates, including schedule changes, cancellations, and operational adjustments. In this case, advance notice was sent to the email address provided at booking prior to the excursion. We respectfully ask what additional method of communication could reasonably have been expected when booking through an online platform. Our team did provide notice in advance rather than waiting until arrival time, specifically to avoid inconvenience where possible. We truly regret that the missed communication affected your experience and appreciate the feedback as we continue working to improve guest communication and overall service.
Our private boat to swim with the turtles was amazing! We went on a nice, quiet 30 minute boat trip out to a beautiful, secluded island. Bright, turquoise water and white sand. We swam, freely for about 2 hours. We saw 3 turtles, 2 of which stayed right next to us the whole time. I’ve been swimming with turtles all over the world and this was the most relaxing and enjoyable time I’ve had. The guys were also very nice and friendly. See you next time!
Great experience and exactly what was advertised. Boat was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it was a smooth journey. The captains knew the areas well and helped to spot the turtle in the water during the snorkeling experience. They also dropped us off at a dock closer to our resort to avoid having to walk back ourselves. 5-star end-to-end experience!
