Nice varied excursion. Everything was well arranged and the food was tasty. Enjoyed with the whole family
Upon booking, I received an email stating that a pickup time would be provided for my clients prior to the tour. When pick up time was not communicated, my clients called and were told that their tour had been canceled and a refund would not be provided. They offered to reschedule the tour, but the rescheduled time did not work for my client' schedule. CanaGo tours still refused to give them a refund. Because of this experience, the lack of communication, and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this tour operator.

Our team requests that clients contact us at least 24 hours prior to the tour, as pickup times are approximate and require confirmation. In this case, your clients reached out on the same morning of the scheduled service. Our records indicate that the pickup information was provided. However, your clients had other plans and ultimately decided to cancel the tour on the same day. As stated in our policies, same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Additionally, our driver arrived at the hotel lobby at the scheduled time, but your clients were not present. We always strive to provide clear communication and a high level of service to all our guests. We encourage readers to also consider our previous reviews, which reflect the positive experiences of the vast majority of our clients. We regret any misunderstanding and remain available to assist with future bookings under the appropriate coordination.
Such a great all around tour! The food was yummy and seeing the animals, then enjoying the ocean was a favorite. The kids especially loved the party on the katakamaran!

Nice experience, liked the most the lagoon part which we thought it would have been nice to stay longer and explore more lagoons but overall worth it.

Incredible experience from start to finish! Excellent communication with Madalina leading up to our trip and all the way through. The educational experience, immersion in the culture, food, drinks and tour guides were all top notch. We would recommend this tour to people of all ages. What a blast!

Perfect day! Rene was the perfect guide for a day of discovery and fun. We started at the environmental center and learned about how they are saving the bees and diminishing coral. We visited a place where they protect turtles and then headed to an amazingly refreshing cenote. After lunch we boarded the catamaran and continued the fun and laughter with Rene. We went snorkeling, had some cocktails and then swam in a natural pool which was really great for everyone since it wasn’t too deep. It was a wonderful day.

The Blue lagoon and catamaran were great. The tour company did not come to pick us up and when we come then they made us take a taxi. They did pay for the taxi, but it should have been communicated to us before the pick up time. The group then arrived to the Eco center late and were not given a full tour. The tour guides took great care of us once we arrived, the catamaran crew even delivers beer to you when swimming at the natural pool.

This tour was a great combination of education and experiences. At the Punta Cana Ecological Reserve, we learned about local efforts to protect, increase, and/or preserve local bees, iguanas, birds, mangroves, and coral. We also saw some of the effort going into finding uses for the invasive mounds of sargassum seaweed that wash up on the islands shores. The tour further included a swim in a beautiful cenote, a tasty lunch, and a fun sailing excursion with a reasonably sized group gathered from several other tours. The water was beautiful and the snorkeling was good. Hanging out on the sand bar was too. It was our first tour with this sort of pick up / drop off scenario, and it went pretty well for a first experience - it requires a little patience and attentiveness for everyone to be gathered and delivered to the correct places.

When signing up for the excursion we were told we would be picked up from our resort lobby at 7am. It was actually at the casino that we were picked up & over an hr later. But once we got there, our tour guides were great & very informative. We were all over the reserve exploring & we had an amazing lunch cooked for us. We really enjoyed the crystal clear waters of the ceonote. There was several pools on the tour but we only got to enjoy 1. But the party boat was really enjoyable. It was great to get out into the clear waters considering how much seaweed was on the beaches. It was a great party boat & they kept the rum coming. We would definitely do this again.
