We stayed alive with Clive!! An absolute legend. Navigated the journey safely with the patience of a saint (I don’t think I’d want to drive these roads). Built a great rapport with and among the group. Very knowledgeable on the outbound journey and let us all chill with a movie (had to be cool runnings) and Bob Marly documentary and latest movie coming back. I will be back to survive with Clive again. One Love

Good time, nice water and our guide was fun and very informative. This place is back in the hills a bit, out of ocho rios. We spent about two hours there and it was $10US. We would do it again.
We were asked to switch to the blue hole plus Dunns River falls as they did not have enough people for the original date we picked. My biggest issue with this trip is it was 13 hours in total instead of the advertised 8. Also they don't mention that the hike up and through the falls is actually pretty scary one wrong move and your done! I was terrified! The request for constant tips was also pretty annoying :(
They cancel the trip because of weather conditions which is understandable but it didn’t rain at all yesterday. At least they was nice enough to refund half what I paid for. Will try again next visit
Our tour guide was Omar, and he was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, and had great conversation the whole ride to and from. My friends and I mentioned amongst ourselves that we were hungry, not even 10 minutes later Omar stopped us by a fruit stand. We went shopping at great places, where Omar helped my friends and understand the currency better. After our Blue Hole experience, which was amazing. Omar took us to a popular food bar, and it was the best food I’ve eaten in Jamaica. Anywhere we wanted to stop and take pictures Omar was more than happy to do so. He also took us to get our COVID test at a cheaper location, because the only ones us ladies could find were costly. Overall I enjoyed my day with Omar, please ask to book with him and you won’t regret it.
This was a very great for us. The driver was on time and it cost us way less than what we would pay other companies. The blue hole was amazing and I would recommend doing this tour.

What you see after a 3-4 hour drive from the Grand Palladium resort is a tiny pool and waterfall. I guess if you've never jumped into a pool of water from an edge or a rope swing you may find this fun. You have 45 minutes at the park and must stay with your guide. You also see small merchants at every corner. This tour was certainly not worth wasting an entire day driving 7 hours. Don't let anyone fool you, traffic is a constant. I was one of the early fans of Tripadvisor, but the information they mostly provide now is where they can earn a profit from a tour, resort, or hotel. The island has alot of beautiful areas to visit, however, that is not what you will learn from TripAdvisor anymore. Goodby Tripadvisor, your corporate strategy for earnings will be your doom, and for that I will not be sorry to see you go.
Dear Customer, Thanks for booking with us! We are so sorry and disappointed that you did not find the Blue Hole attractive and fun. The Blue Hole plus Secret Falls is an awesome, 100% natural attraction. It is one of our #1 spots for visitors and locals who wish to do something unique, untouched, local and electrifying. It is definitely a hidden gem that everyone should experience. The trip from the Grand Palladium resort is usually a 2 1/2 hours taking into considering that on the "Shared" group tours we make a couple more stops at other resorts to do other pickups plus we make a rest stop at the Coconut Tree Rest. We've never had an instance where the trip was 3-4 hours unless there was an accident that cause the traffic to build up or something of that nature. We will investigate to see why it took so long. All the tour guides at the Blue Hole/Secret Falls are trained lifeguards. It is one of the regulations of the Jamaica Tourist Board that safety of our guests must always be maintained. For the safety of our guests, a tour guide is assigned to all groups even if you are excellent swimmers similar to going to the beach or public pool. it is mandatory that you stay with your tour guide in the even that there is an incident he's there to assist you. The time allotted to each group at the attraction is usually 1 1/2 hours minimum. If it starts raining in the mountains, the water might get heavy and/or brown. If this is the case the tour guide will have to use his or her judgement whether to stop or continue. Other than that it would be extremely difficult to go through in 45 minutes base on all the activities. We do not wish to see you go and hope that you will consider staying with us. This was the first time we booked our excursion from home through TripAdvisor. We would usually book our excursion at the resort. Let me start by saying I will always be booking from now on through TripAdvisor. We had a driver "Jeremy" pick us up on time at our resort. There was only us plus another couple in the vehicle. No other pick-ups at other resorts. Jeremy explain the history of the Island and show us things on the way. We arrived and Neal was our guide, our picture taker, etc. Neal did an awesome job with us. Thank you so much Neal for making this a great day. Once we were done at Blue Hole we went to Scotties for some real Jerk Chicken. Then we were off to a little shopping store. Would definite recommend this tour. No crowds, no line ups, no pick ups alone the way.

This excursion was amazing love it had such a great time, way better then dunns river the driver was great so was the tour guide the jumps are awesome but you dont have to jump in if you dont want to. You will need to do a little hiking to get to the falls but it really isnt bad they have made some pretty clear walk ways
