I had an amazing time at Universal Studios thanks to Cathy and her team. Everything was perfect. I didn't have to worry about anything as Cathy has everything organised. I was able to relax and enjoy my day. The whole day ran so smoothly. The driver was punctual, friendly and the car was clean. Cathy explained how the tickets and the entrance procedure worked. I was able to have a flexible return time I just needed to message Cathy when I was ready to be picked up and the driver came so I was able to spend as much or as little time in the park as I wanted. Thank you guys for a wonderful and easy day.
This was a very smooth process, and the level of communication from the organizer was top-notch. The vehicle was quality, every question was answered and we got back to our hotel safely. Highly recommend.
We are very glad to have Cathy as our internal contact for this booking. She is awesome and has gone all the way to ensure that all arrangements are done perfectly. Driver Liang has been assigned to our whole stay of 5 days in Beijing, he is a very caring & punctual person. He is never late when picking us and always very caring to ensure that we are comfortable during the daily trips. He can understand and communicate with ease in English with us. Cathy, she is another awesome person. She actually goes all the way to ensure that all our daily transport arrangement goes without any hiccups. Her service is tenfold. We had also requested her help on transport arrangement in Shanghai as well. We also got her to help purchase the speed rail train tickets for Beijing to Shanghai & transport to Pudong airport from our Shanghai apartment and all is perfectly arranged. we also engaged her help on the daily transport within Shanghai itself. All is done perfectly and we are very grateful for her help as it had made our 14 days trips to Beijing & Shanghai a totally wonderful experience. We also done the Beijing City tour with Cathy. Our guide Bruce has been awesome too. His knowledge in China history is tenfold. We are so amaze during the city tour of Forbidden City & Temple of Heaven. Lunch was also included in the tour and the food is good and nice. Hot food on cold days are awesome!! We also did the Mutianyu Great Wall with her. Lily is our guide to the wall and similarly, her knowledge on the wall history is awesome. She knows her way well at the wall and it makes our trip to the wall great too. We took the cable car up to tower 20 and walk down to Tower 6 to take the toboggan slide down. That was some awesome ride and experience. I will definitely recommend this activity to anyone going to Great Wall. In summary, Cathy & driver Liang, both of you had made our vacation to Beijing & Shanghai (my 2nd trip there) awesome and great experience and memories. We will definitely look for you again the next time we visit Beijing/China. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience.
We had an excellent experience with the Universal Studios tour with pickup and drop-off. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Communication was outstanding — quick replies and great support throughout the day. A truly stress-free and well-organized experience. Highly recommended! Cathy handled the tickets flawlessly and took the time to explain everything clearly. She stayed with us until she made sure we fully understood the process and felt comfortable, which we really appreciated. The driving was smooth and punctual, and the directions were very clear. We were also given helpful tips for navigating the park and very clear instructions on where and how to meet the driver again for our return.

Exceptional service from our guide Cathy and the driver . The tickets were organised highly professionally , pickup was on time , very friendly service from Cathy who has excellent communication skills, speaks fluent English and has a very friendly and bubbly personality, making sure that we were very comfortable . She explained everything to us , from the entrance to the park to the end of our visit and final pick up from the Universal Studios . The driver was very professional, and waited for us promptly . Pick up time was flexible and we could decide when to leave . We were sent photos of the pick up area , made it so easy for us to find . Cathy was in contact all the time making sure we were comfortable and enjoying out time at the Studios . She was very happy to answer all our questions and provide guidance for the rest of our trip as well, went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after Exceptional tour, five plus stars ! We had an amazing time! The driver was very courteous and on time! We asked for a pickup time from Universal Resort, then realized we’d miss the parade if we left. No worries because the driver graciously agreed to wait AND told us to just take our time while he waited! That made a world of difference to my 6 year old granddaughter! THANK YOU!
We had a wonderful day at Universal Studios Beijing! Cathy was very attentive throughout the entire day. She was so professional and sweet, she went above and beyond helped us booked the express pass which was really appreciated, thanks for all the helping, driver was also very kind and attentive. Superb Attraction Park dedicated to cinema... small flat, shows or screenings are in Chinese so we can only enjoy themed places (Harry Potter, Jurassic World, Kung Fu panda or Transformers...) The Chinese are full in their role and come dressed as Harry Potter!! excellent... we loved it! The tour operator was on top... the organization was well managed, we had a phone call in the morning to make sure we were off to a good start and also back... really serious! And the driver always on time... and friendly.
