Visiting Ski Dubai was such a unique and exciting experience! It’s incredible to step into a snowy winter wonderland right in the middle of the desert. The temperature drop hits you as soon as you walk in, and the snow feels so real. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone stayed safe and had fun. It was truly an unforgettable experience—definitely a must-do when visiting Dubai!

Had a great time! Went on a day with no lines and didn’t have to wait to get on rides. Don’t know how I would feel if I had to wait in long lines to ride because it is very cold in there. The socks they provide are not thick so your toes will start to hurt from the cold after about half hour. With the short lines we were able to ride a few things then go out of the cold area to ‘thaw out’ then we’d go back in. We wore the provided jacket, pants, gloves, socks and boots. Thought the value for what you get was excellent. Food prices were also good. Loved all the rides! Favorite was the zipline and mountain slide. Highly recommend to try!

lots of things to do and its amazing that they can operate such a facility in this desert environment. but we were quite disappointed to find that our full day rate ski pass tickets did NOT include any skiing or snow boarding activities!! most of the included activities are really for younger children and not teenagers/older children. How can the training/practice area of the skiing slope not be included in the ski classic ticket ?

A full on ski resort in a shopping mall which itself is located the desert just off the Arabian Gulf. Need I say more? I will. They have diamond level slopes for skiing, bumpy hill for tubing and a ball you can roll inside if you want to know what it feels like to be a snowball. And penguins! Yes, live penguins. My only gripe is that the various activity packages should be more transparent about what is included and what is not. Otherwise, great experience!

Impressive to be in the desert. The games are mostly for kids. Recommended to try, since you are here in dubai

We did not really get what we paid for and would have been better off booking directly with Ski Dubai. We paid for but did not use the ski lesson (available times were plentiful at first look, but they were relatively inflexible in accommodating our jet lag and long commute to Dubai) and Penguin Adventure(not even really sure what this is or was supposed to be). We ended up showing up when we could (again, given our jet lag) and then getting in line (the vouchers don’t allow you to bypass the lines), grabbing our equipment, and then simply going down the hills without any lessons. Even though we arrived prior to the lesson time on the voucher, they INSISTED that we missed our lesson time. Not sure why that was, but we were too exhausted to fight, and skipped the lesson and penguin adventure. It is a good thing we already knew how to ski, so we went down for a few runs and that was sufficient to get our IG photos and leave. So overall, Ski Dubai is fun to try, but no need to over pay or book additional activities using this vendor. Just go to the site for Ski Dubai and buy what you need.

Ski Dubai excellent. Buying tickets this way. Terrible. Had to keep pestering them to send me voucher. Almost did not get penguins bc not deliver as promised.

It was amazing to be under the snow in the middle of the desert. Good service, friendly staff and interesting attractions!

We enjoyed playing in the snow. Kids had so much fun. It was freezing cold, please be warmly dressed when you go there.
