Excellent very nice experience, the beautiful luhare, with lots of history, I got tickets on time
There is a lot of walking through beautiful grounds and inside. The view was excellent and the displays were very informative.
There's a lot of people. We were there on a Monday and it was almost impossible to get around. The exhibition itself is fine. There is air conditioning, which was really nice.

Quick and easy access to the castle saved lining up in the heat. Caught the express lift to level 5 and walked up to the level 8 lookout.

I was solo traveling in Japan. I had a day trip to Osaka and went to the castle for a bit of history. The place was CROWDED, so opted to start at the very top of the castle (8-stories, took the stairs) and work my way down. I also opted for an audio guide. It helped get through the exhibits faster since I could stand a bit away and listen to the descriptions. It was an interesting visit and worthwhile if you're into history.
The tickets were emailed and messaged 24 hours after purchase (it isn't instant). Having tickets allowed us to skip the line to buy tickets (prob saved half an hour) and we headed straight i to the castle. Definitely worth it. The castle is spectacular!
Osaka Castle is a beautiful landmark rich in history, offering rare exhibits that bring Japan’s samurai era to life. It’s a must-visit for anyone eager to explore Japanese culture and history firsthand. Surrounded by beautiful gardens it’s a memorable educational experience.
This ticket permitted us to immediately enter on arrival. Skipping the queue for ticket purchase. Well worth it especially on a rainy day. Osaka castle is well worth seeing
