I missed the email that contained the tickets which created some confusion at the Duomo. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The Duomo was beautiful and the entrance was easy to find. Be prepared for 90 steps up after the lift and more steps to exit. Be sure to time your visit early enough in the day so you get to see everything.

The time stamped on all of my documentation was 6:00 PM we arrived at 5:45 only to find out that the tour departed at 5:15 - no email, text or even message was sent through the app correcting this . Very upset that I spent a ton of money for this to happen . This ruined my day in Milan.

Don’t miss the elevator combo- that was amazing!!! Having the tickets before you get there is the only way to do these sites!

Loved the Duomo but make sure you get the tkts not just the voucher. After several emails and phone calls while we stood outside the Duomo our tickets were emailed directly to me. There was no place to present the voucher. Ticket office could not help.

Ticket requires waiting in line to get actual ticket then waiting again at Cathedral Not worth it Did not enter cathedral

Found out that TripAdvisor is selling me the tickets double of what the actual tickets price. It’s disappointing. I understand TripAdvisor needs to make some handling charges but double is too much to digest. Will not use TripAdvisor ANYMORE !

We booked and paid for tickets but the proper tickets were never sent. If we hadn't of found a kind your guide that wasn't part of the company to help us by spending over an hour to try and get someone to send the ticket we wouldn't have got in. Very bad experience with viator
