Interesting experience, great to hide from the heatwave and get some historical information 🙂
Very exciting guided tour that suited both adults and children! Gave more taste to do more trips down the tunnel when the children get older and to try the tour with a raft and even climb there. We had a small child in a stroller with us - in addition to carrying the stroller down folded and the 2-year-old on his arm (a bit heavy) so it went far beyond expectations well to drive the stroller down in the tunnel and what was visited. We would have had a baby carrier this day if it hadn't been lost in lost luggage... The guide was good and the story and the whole thing very exciting!
Wonderful place, guide (Marco I think) truly knowledgeable and you can understand the love for his work as a speleologist from the way he tells the story. An unforgettable, magical visit.. we recommend the route with the raft because it is magical. We wish the organizers all the best and hope they become increasingly well-known!
If you want to live an experience like true explorers, the **Adventure Path** of the Bourbon Tunnel is unmissable. It is absolutely one of the most incredible things done in Naples! The tour perfectly combines the history of the city (from the Bourbons to the World War II shelters) with a pinch of adrenaline. Equipped with a helmet and flashlight, you cross narrow tunnels and ancient aqueducts, up to the highlight: rafting on the underground aquifer, among abandoned vintage cars and motorcycles. It feels like being in a movie! An immense round of applause to our guide, **Gianluca**: very knowledgeable, ironic, engaging, and super attentive to safety. He conveyed an incredible passion and was the true added value of the visit. Unforgettable experience that is worth every cent. Highly recommended! Money for the ticket very well spent. If you go to the Bourbon Tunnel, hope to get Gianluca as your guide! Highly recommended!
Great tour on a very hot day. Wanted to do this tour for some time. It didn’t disappoint. Informational tour about how these tunnels ended up as they are. Fascinating. Tour in English with Martina really good.
Also called the Bourbon tunnel, this was an escape route during the world war 2. This place has a very interesting history, it is best to be opt for a guide, but be sure to check before hand about the availibility of an English speaking guide and of the tour timings. The underground tunnels have wonderful illustrations depicting history of the great city of Naples right up to the world war.
Incredible experience discovered by chance. The adventure course excited us both for the tunnels and the cisterns, but especially for the guide's ability, a very passionate speleologist. We will return for a different course. Highly recommended.
We are immensely grateful to our guide, Stefania, who took us on a journey through 500 years of history, from the present day back to the 16th century. Her explanations, clear and engaging, passionately presented the history of the city, showing us its hidden sides. Super recommended!!
Passionate speleologist Ruocco is excellent, very clear, and engaging in his fascinating explanations! Everyone, both adults and kids, were involved and happy with the experience!
Entrance is hard to find, so look careful. The tour was great, I wish we would have done the one to hear more about the stories of those that lived through it. Lots of stairs and smaller so be prepared for that. We had about 40 walking through together
