Great views, but these can be obtained from any competing service. The vessel is old, in disrepair and lacks cleanliness and maintenance. There are several public areas used for storage, which detract from the overall presentation. No outdoor seating provided other than in the extra cost area (100 yuan) aft. Buffet is poor, being of limited scope and unappetising - particularly when compared to the geat food available elsewhere in Shanghai. The view is 5 star but all else is 1 star. Would not recommend this experiance. Go elsewhere
Great experience! The food was ok, but not fantastic! However it was a great experience.
The food is very sub par. Few choices. For.the price not worth it. Would not recommend. No consideration for international travelers.
It was an excellent experience. The company provided us pick up facilities from the hotel we resided. The food quality was also excellent and toothsome. The amazing hospitality was very pleasant.

good for the cruise but very bad for the food and we were supposed to ne early to start eating at 17.30 but we had to wait for a very long time
Take the VIP option, the extra gifts are worth it and you have the best view while sitting.

Honestly was NOT GOOD. Well, the view was obviously spectacular. However, the dinner was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I had no idea crab was going to be offered, but was soooo EXCITED to get some. THEN I tried it. It was OBVIOUSLY frozen and then thawed. Tasteless and watery. No cocktail sauce to enjoy with it. Or butter. During our dinner a lady came in with a group and it was VERY disturbing of our dinner to hear her on the megaphone explaining things to the group. Over and over again. Tooooo loud. THEN, we paid the extra 100 to go upstairs. This lady brought 3 kids up there and let them make sooo much noise and running around, including playing on the stairs. Meanwhile she was away from them playing music on her phone VERY loud. Between the both, I could not hear the person on the overhead speaker describing the outside building to us. I went down to the two employees that we paid to go upstairs. Explained that now the lady was downstairs sleeping while she left the kids unattended and making A LOT of noise. Possibly during these cruises, you could have staff walking around checking to see if all areas are good. When I said something to my husband, he laughed and said, “You should see it downstairs, it’s like a zoo” Sad, especially when the lady announces over and over again. The two people I spoke to did nothing. VERY DISAPOINTING and NOT RELAXING as I had hoped

Huangpu River tours are quite expensive overall, this one is cheaper than most. The food is low profile, the facilities are not very nice, but it is spacious. The instructions for access are clear and simple. There is an access option to the last deck of the boat for an additional cost of RMB 100, it is worth it as you are given a beer or a chalina for women and you have the best views and more privacy

Hands down the best skyline river cruise we have been on. The buffet dinner was traditional Chinese with crab legs, shrimp, and abalone, surprisingly. Following dinner, the boat with the two dragon heads cruised down the Huangpu River where there is a nightly display of lights from the incredible skyscrapers. The views from all sides of the boat were just spectacular, and there are multiple floors so it wasn’t overcrowded. I truly, highly recommend this ride which is very reasonable in price compared to many others.
