Excellent guide.
Lots of steps. Not suitable for small children and pushchairs. Was very hot when we did it. Think an evening tour would be more suitable. Very busy.

Great tour guide showed us all the history of Alahambra. She even provided many small details that made it very enjoyable.

Everything was very good. Only the reservation said that the tour ends at the same place as the pickup and that was not the case.

Hands off
Really bad organisation! First, we were told 2 days before that our tour was an hour earlier "for organisational reasons". It was really difficult for our travel plans. When we got there an hour earlier, the tour guide company that we had been deferred to didn't have any of our info. I had to call Viator in the US from my Austrian phone in Spain to find out what our company was called. Noone answered my messages in the app. I was lucky that the staff from the other agency was very helpful and in the end we went on their tour with a great guide. But keep your fingers from this company!

Our guided tour of the Alhambra was amazing: it made it so much more meaningful to learn about and understand the history of what we were seeing. Our guide was amazing: a true story teller and very knowledgeable. And we were lucky enough that we ended up with a small group, for a more personalized experience and by booking late day, the site was much quieter. All making for a wonderful experience.

Well organised and extensive tour of the Alhambra complex, including the beautiful Generife gardens, impressive Alcázar and spectacular Nasrid Palaces.

While the overall experience was good, the last-minute change was disappointing. I received notice less than 24 hours before the tour that I’d need to cancel or settle for an audio-only version. My refund is still outstanding, and I’d appreciate an update.
