This is a scam. We supposedly booked a small group tour in English. We arrived at the meeting point ten minutes early but could not find the guide. When we called/messaged on Whatsapp no one responded until 15 min later, at which point they told us it was our fault and the your had left without us. They would not refund our money.
I paid a lot of $ for what was supposed to be a small group (6) VIP experience the group had 10 people and there was no vip experience according to the guide herself. She was very good but it took longer than it should have so we didn’t get to spend the time expected to see everything we were supposed to. Security consisted of 1 guy looking into your bag. So I’m not sure what lines we were avoiding. The museum is amazing but there are way cheaper ways of doing it.

We booked a tour and they never showed up. We messaged them through the Viator app and called their number and they just never responded. Now we have to wait 72 hours to get a refund through Viator. Since they didn't show up we had to wait over 30 minutes in the blazing hot sun to buy tickets. Find another tour company and do not use them under any circumstance!

A great introduction to the Guggenheim, Belen gave a knowledgeable and fun overview. It was also very useful to jump the long queue.
The guide tried to reschedule the tour planned for today at 4:30 PM due to the massive arrival of tourists via the ferries. Then finally kept the tour at 4:30 PM, then finally did not come to the meeting point at the appointed time. Does not answer the phone or WhatsApp!!! It is the agency EXPLORA NORTE, avoid at all costs. It is the first time that I have booked through Viator that I managed to reach and who promised me a refund for a small group tour for a duration of 2 hours, paid €150! I hope that the refund will be processed very quickly! Otherwise, a very bad GOOGLE review from me
Great tour of the Guggenheim is you’re short on time but want to get the most out the experience. We came away with a good understanding of the architecture and the art both within and outside the museum. Javier was a wealth of knowledge.
They cancelled our tour an hour before it started due to it being too busy. They said that they could reschedule for the next day but then never responded to any of my messages.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the outside and inside tour of the Guggenheim in Bilbao! We were lucky that there were only four of us and Javi, our guide, was the best! Javi was filled with so much information and incredible detail. He consistently spoke to each one of us saying our names to make sure we didn’t miss a beat! He took photos when we asked and had a huge passion for his work and for the city he was born in. Would definitely recommend Javi.
