We picked this tour instead of others because recent customers seemed to rave about their guides and the great info/stories. We couldn't hear/understand most of what the guide said! LOL. The route was fine (though the app was not working to show where the buses were). The bus was older. It wasn't crowded at all, but I still couldn't get comfortable in the seats. There are no listening devices, just speakers every few rows. We moved to be near a speaker and still couldn't understand a lot. It wasn't just the accent, it was poor sound quality and the guide kind of swallowed the ends of phrases and sentences. It was so bad we actually found it kind of funny. I wish I had picked another bus tour, though. We didn't have time to hop off and switch to another bus dues to a timed entry at Trinity College or we would have done so.

Make sure to activate your ticket on the day your is for. The driver was great though and gave us a paper ticket. The driver was knowledgeable and funny. Great tour.

I'd like to pay respects to the three guides I got with, I believe who were called Owen, Robbie and a young woman whose name I sadly didn't get. Apart from the time when we got into a bus that had pre-recorded guides, the talk was very good!
Absolutely amazing, would definitely go again
Great value for 3 days access. Good mix of buses with recorded and live commentary. Very friendly and helpful drivers. Could always get a space up top. One of the best open top buses I've been on. Covered most of the areas i wanted to go to. The night tour was particularly great. Only suggestion would be to improve the app as the map didn't seem to properly show the buses.
We had a great experience! Busses come by the designated stops more often than the other companies. So the availability of pick up and drop off is better than the other competitors. Jimmy was our driver and he was great! Very informative and professional. We highly recommend BIG BUS in any city they are available. This was our 3rd time with them (London, Edinburgh, Dublin). We’ll definitely book again.
