We purchased the twin city ticket which was not cheap by any means....approx £240!! In Abu Dhabi we didn't have too bad an experience and it was interesting to see the town and mosque. We had to wait 40 minutes for the bus back to the ship. This is one thing to keep in mind when on a cruise. Getting back for departure is essential as the ship won't wait!! In Dubai the experience was not as good. We spent a lot of time waiting on the bus and were on the bus for the best part of three hours and were only at the marina.....sat stuck in traffic....and that is the problem .....there is soooo much traffic that you can't get anywhere quickly. It is a romantic notion of being able to hop on and hop off.....there is just no chance of it!! We ended up getting off the bus and catching the metro which is so cheap, slick and easy. Think carefully before spending so much money. I don't like leaving poor reviews but when we think back about our holiday this was the worst part of it and we wasted a lot of time just sitting in traffic when there was so much else that we wanted to do during our short visit to the city.

Simply highly recommended. The staff very reliable and helpful. They tried hard, partly led us to special tips, and organized a lot. We had daa 5 days ticket with many additional offers.... The driver Kareem and the Banica were very dear people to us. Gladly again

We were in the UAE for a holiday as a family. We toured around the two cities of Dubai and Abu dhabi using the Big Bus 5 Day package. Had a wonderful and pleasant tour. We were driven to Abu Dhabi in a mini bus by tour bus operator Raja was very helpful especially in explaining where to from each point and assisting giving directions to amenities.

Hello, We were greeted by a gentleman named Michael, he was so helpful and knowledgeable about our Blue and Red line bus tours while in Dubai. We had 30 minutes to wait till our tour, being so hot he sat us in a bus with the air con going that was departing just before ours, thanks Michael.

I bought a 2 day pass to Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The advertisement said that the bus stays at 9 am. When we arrive the bus to Abu Dhabi left at 8am. Then we were told that bus to AbuDhabi didn’t run the next day. We could not get a refund. We could only make our pass in Dubai last for two days.

I really can highly recommand a tour with the BigBus Company in the UAE! It was a great expirience and exactly what I needed and was looking for as a Solo traveller! I bought a ticket for 5 days in Dubai (Explorer ticket) wich included several tickets like for the Aquarium at the Atlantis Hotel or a sunset trip to go to the desert. I also did a trip to Abu Dhabi including the entrance fee to see the Grand Mosque (awesome!) and further a stay of 4 hours including a city Hop on/off tour with a duration of almost 2 hours. The whole staff situated on every stop was incredebly helpful, kind, nice, patient (I would like to mention Justice as an example...) and also the bus drivers were values. So long story short - a great way to discover the city/region over the distances! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
