Highly recommend! The hike was the perfect level for our group. The lunch was amazing - refreshing, fresh, home made, delicious.
It was a fun experience. Amber was really nice and accommodating.
Amber was incredibly communicative and helpful. We didn't end up going due to lack of snow but she was so kind and offered a refund immediately. We hope to come back and be able to do this in the future!

It was an amazing experience working with Amber. She was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the day. The weather was warm and we were worried if there would be snow. Sure enough Amber found us a great snow play area for our kids, and they had a blast! Highly recommend her services to those who wish to have a more personal snow play experience!
We were driving from Del Mar up to Big Bear when I found Amber’s site and gave a call looking for a last-minute appointment. I’m so glad she had a cancellation and was able to accommodate us! Amber is an expert mountaineer and Big Bear local and knows all the right spots for sledding and activities. We drove up, parked, and walked easily with two toddlers about ten minutes to the site. We were blessed with soft snow, sleds, snowmen making tools, and some hot cocoa and coffee. What a great time, thanks Amber!

Amber was such a great tour guide! The hiking spot was beautiful. We spent the perfect amount of time exploring the area, and our doggies loved it. I highly recommend this experience for all. Her Christmas cookies are delicious!
My siblings and I really enjoyed our outing with Amber. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She also did a great job communicating everything to us and that made it easier to prepare for.
Amber was very sweet and personable. We did a last minute booking for the snow experience and she was very accommodating. Would love to book a hike with her in the future when our toddlers are a bit older.
