Unfortunately the biggest rip off Viator tour we have taken. We paid over $350 for two people. We received three ferry tickets, which cost less than $30 for two of us and a lunch that cost less than $50. We got three pdfs of what to see in each city, which Google will give you for free. We didn’t stay for the drink at the end because nobody warned that the ferry back to Como is impossible to get on. Truly if Viator doesn’t want to have people jump to competitors they should not allow this tour on the site and quit using a vendor that gouges their customers. BTW. The 5* reviews they publish for this tour are not even for this tour. False advertising at its best. There is a reason they don’t allow cancellation as once you receive the email and see what you are getting, everyone would cancel immediately.

We have left you different times for the return to Bellagio, because the tour includes departure and arrival in Bellagio. Never heard of Lake Como until a friend recommended it to me back in US. Very thankful to her as I discovered a new place that is not too crowded but has a lot to offer. Me and my husband chose this romantic tour as it has a boat tour, spa experience and romantic dinner included. We were not dissapointed with the service as it meets our expectation for what we paid for.

Very organized tour. All services were really quality guaranteed, especially the farmhouse. The staffs were very polite and accomodating. The boat tour was also magnificient, though a little problem occured but it was manageable by the captain.

Purchased this experience for my wife to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. She love romantic places, in fact we've already been at Venice and Sicily, so I thought we should try another place in Italy as it has a special place in our heart. We heard a lot of good things about Lake Como especially Bellagio so we have decided to go for it, and we were not dissapointed, the place was really magical!. Also the people were also nice and accomodating.
