Excursão privada em Pequim: Mutianyu/Badaling Great Wall and Panda House

I had a wonderful time in Beijing, China 🇨🇳. I could not have done any of it without the great help and inspiration from my tour guide Ms. May. She took me to numerous places like the Great Wall of China and the Panda Zoo, including local tea, jade and silk shops. Even her driver, Dong Xue Fei went the extra mile with kind and courteous behaviors. You both made this trip an unforgettable experience for me. Thank you.

Wonderful visit to the Great Wall and Panda House with an informative stop at an amazing tea house. Saw some playful pandas in the morning before heading for an introduction to the tea culture and some delicious teas. After an exhilarating ride up to the top of the Great Wall we learned about its history as we strolled between the towers. Topped off by a delicious lunch, throughout the trip Sherry shared lots of history and insight into China. On the way back Sherry was kind enough to help us reserve tickets for our next day’s sightseeing. All in all, a wonderful day enjoyed by young and old alike. Thank you Sherry.

We spent the day with May, and she was a fantastic guide. She was friendly, talkative, and spoke excellent English, making the tour both interesting and enjoyable. She shared a lot of information about the places we visited and was always happy to answer our questions. Everything was well organized, and we had a great time. Wow! What an incredible day that was only made so incredible because of our amazing tour guide Sherry and our driver. Due to a typhoon warning our plans had to change at the last minute due to closures. Sherry made sure we had the best day. She showed us parts of beijing we never would have seen otherwise. It is a day that will stay in our memories for many many years to come. If you are in 2 minds about booking this trip, do it! You will not regret it. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sherry.

Lucia was my tour guide and she was truly such a gem of a human. She was super knowledgeable, attentive, and flexible with the full day tour. She knew how things move, and was able to recommend adjusting our schedule to make the most of the day. Plan to take the earliest possible time as it’s crucial to get to the Great Wall first thing in the morning, else queues will be too long. Perfect day, and Lucia also takes great photos. The tour was fantastic! We were picked up right on time from our hotel, and both the driver and our guide had thoughtfully prepared drinks and snacks for us in the car, which was a lovely touch. Everything was really well organised, and we enjoyed all of the activities. Optional add-on activities were suggested, but they weren’t pushed, which we appreciated. Sherry was a wonderful guide and even waited in line for the Mutianyu toboggan while we explored, which saved us a lot of time and meant we didn’t have to spend ages queuing. It made a big difference, especially during the summer heat. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing.

Traveled with the family in late June. You need to be in pretty good physical condition for this tour as the terrain here is fairly steep. Cindy our guide was great in navigating us. The kids enjoyed the toboggan ride down the wall after the climb. The panda experience was sort of a miss because when we arrived only two of the pandas were available to be seen, the other ones were asleep. Since we were in a private group, we asked for the non-buffet lunch and Cindy brought us to a local restaurant to try traditional dishes to the area which I would highly recommend.

What an absolutely incredible day! Sherry was the perfect host—friendly, knowledgeable, and made every moment enjoyable. Seeing the pandas was unforgettable, and visiting the Great Wall was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were also treated to bonus stops at a traditional tea ceremony and a jade factory, which made the day even more special. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!
