Brouilly, Morgon, Chiroubles, Fleurie, Moulin-a-Vent, Juliénas, etc. Bem-vindo à região de Beaujolais do Norte, onde os vinhos Gamay de elite, chamados "crus", são produzidos! Ao longo desta excursão de vinhos, enquanto passeia por cidades encantadoras com belos castelos, vamos apresentar-lhe alguns dos mais renomados vinhos Beaujolais em uma pequena vinícola familiar e na magnífica adega de um Chateau Estate:

Às 13h50, nosso guia em inglês irá encontrá-lo em frente ao edifício Lyon Office de Tourisme localizado na Praça Bellecour (50 m em frente ao Le Royal Hotel). Após uma curta caminhada, os participantes subirão na minivan de 8 lugares para começar o vinho para o norte de Beaujolais.
Comece a viagem viajando na bela "Route des Vins" de Beaujolais e com seu guia aprenda sobre o "terroir" (filosofia francesa para o vinho) e as diferentes características das denominações de vinhos "crus" de Beaujolais. Passe pelo Mont Brouilly, um vulcão adormecido de beleza impressionante, coberto por vinhedos seculares.
Às 15h15, empurre a porta de uma pequena adega familiar, conheça um enólogo apaixonado e aprenda as diferentes etapas do processo único de vinificação de Beaujolais chamado maceração "semi-carbônica". Em seguida, dirija-se ao caveau (sala de degustação) bem decorado para desfrutar de vários vinhos crus Beaujolais de diferentes safras.
Em seguida, atravesse Morgon e viaje até a Capela La Madone na cidade de Fleurie para desfrutar de um panorama de tirar o fôlego da região vinícola de Beaujolais: em dias claros, você pode ter a chance de ver os Alpes e o Monte Branco!
Viaje novamente pela estrada do vinho Beaujolais, passe por Moulin-à-Vent e depois chegue à cidade de Chénas para descobrir a incrível adega de um Chateau Wine Estate cheia de barris de carvalho. É hora de saborear belos vinhos Crus conforme seu guia os descreve e conta sobre seus aromas, equilíbrio e complexidade ... Simplesmente inesquecível!

This was truly an amazing tour. Sebastien was an incredible tour guide. We learned so much about the wine making process and sampled so many delicious wines from the Beaujolais region. As an added bonus, driving through the vineyards was beautiful! Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Really enjoyed both wineries and Olivier was very knowledgeable. We also stopped for scenic views along the way. There were 8 of us so the van was full. Everyone had a seat but you will get close with your fellow passengers. It was definitely more wineries than castles as a couple were pointed out on the way, but the Wine tour is what I wanted.

Most favorite part of the tour was being able to visit small winierys and the owners actually telling our group the history of their vineyards. Being able to understand the whole process step by step, then being able to sample the wine was very intersting I would highly recommend this tour to visitors for a very pleasant afternoon full of history, excellent wines and meeting very lovely people.
