Great service and snorkeling instruction for novices. Snorkeling is out in the ocean though so no time on the beach. We also saw some whales right beside our boat, amazing!
Our experience was terrible. That Fernanda girl only sells activities with Service that they do not offer when one is in the activity. Our experience was terrible with them. I don't recommend them are the worst in Los Cabos. And the super high price.
Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Entendemos lo importante que es para cada visitante disfrutar al máximo de sus vacaciones en Los Cabos. Sin embargo, me gustaría aclarar algunos puntos para que los demás viajeros que nos visitan no tengan una idea errónea sobre nuestros servicios. Nos gustaría aclarar que, en este caso, no se contaba con una reservación confirmada para las actividades solicitadas, las cuales fueron parasailing y snorke (la presente reseña fue colocado en otra actividad distinta a la solicitada), ya que el domingo previo el cliente pregunto por la actividad dijo que lo revisaria con sus amigos. La disponibilidad de nuestras experiencias queda asegurada únicamente una vez realizado el pago correspondiente. Al demorarse la confirmación, una de las actividades iniciales (snorkel) dejó de estar disponible el dia Lunes. Con el fin de no dejarles sin opciones, se les ofreció una alternativa, la cual fue explicada en detalle y aceptada por ustedes en ese momento. Ambas actividades se llevaron a cabo sin contratiempos y sin incidentes reportados, e incluso durante el parasailing adquirieron fotografías del recuerdo. Respecto a la embarcación utilizada para el snorkel, desde el inicio se explicó que no sería la misma solicitada originalmente debido a la falta de disponibilidad, la logistica del tour tambien era distinta, pero llevandolos al lugar mas popular de snorkel en Cabo. Reiteramos nuestras disculpas si la alternativa no cumplió con lo que esperaban. Nuestra recomendación es realizar sus reservaciones con anticipación, ya sea a través de Viator o del medio de su preferencia, para garantizar la actividad exacta que desean. Asimismo, aclaramos que nuestra compañera Fernanda está autorizada para ofrecer opciones adicionales dentro del mismo corporativo cuando un servicio solicitado no cuenta con espacio. Apreciamos sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar, y esperamos tener la oportunidad de servirle en el futuro bajo mejores condiciones.
Jose and Jorge were amazing guides. They pointed out sea turtles, landmarks and general history of the area. We made 2 stops to snorkel with Jorge as our guide. We ended with Lands End, Arch and Lover’s beach. Plenty of photo ops too.
Our tour guide was the sweetest so helpful and knowledgeable it was my gf and I’s first time snorkeling and we were so nervous he was being so patient and understanding and got us to really just enjoy the experience the first beach we went to was okay we saw some fish but not to many due to the storm but the second stop was by far the star of the show we saw schools of different kind of fish , stingrays sea turtles it was truly the coolest thing I’ve ever done he also took the best photos for us and we even got a little lunch at the end it was a sandwich granola bar pretzeles and a soda in all I was so amazed and would def do it again if you need a sign THIS IS IT , also the rides between the different oceans and lovers beach is so peaceful with such pretty views

The tour was perfect from start to finish. The captain and on board photographer were very nice and knowledgeable, and spoke good English. The captain tailors the itinerary for the day based on the ocean conditions and what spots to hit when, in order for the best snorkeling. The snorkeling spots have an option to go to the beach, which my you d daughter appreciated when she got tired of snorkeling. We saw lots of fish, 7 sea turtles (from the boat, not whole snorkeling), and jumping manta rays. I absolutely would book this tour again!

José and Luis were great tour guides and the refreshments were great to top it off with. The snorkeling was so much fun and would recommend it for anyone especially beginners.

My dad wrote a review below, but I wanted to second how amazing our snorkeling adventure was with Cabo Expeditions and Jose Hernandez, Luis and Jose, Jr. We saw so much sea life and were amazed by the multiple whale sightings. Jose knew we were excited and hopeful to be able to see some whales and spent a little extra time making sure that we found them. We got an amazing show with one whale breaching many times. He was informative and seemed excited as well. It made the whole trip incredible. Luis was patient with the kids and helped them to find some awesome sea life including an urchin. He took photos for us on the beaches near the arch and made us all feel very welcome. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We will definitely request this group when we return to Cabo and I wish we had done this the very first day of our trip because everyone wanted to go back the next day. My wife, daughter's family and our four grandchildren chose Cabo Expeditions to take a tour, which included lunch, snorkeling and we were hoping a whale sighting. We were fortunate that our Captain was Jose Hernandez, who along with his first mate Luis and Jose's son, Jose gave us the absolute best experience ever. I was hoping we would see a whale but understood that the whale season was coming to an end. Well, not only did we see a whale, we saw six and as you can see in the image below, one female put on a spectacular show. Jose, Luis and Jose were incredibly kind and answered all of our questions. We saw Sea Lions, Sting Rays, other assorted fish, the whales, plus the Key Hole to the Pacific, which offers a view of the Pacific from the Sea Of Cortez and the famous arch. I highly recommend Cabo Expeditions and if your group is lucky enough to take the tour with Jose, you will be in for the time of your lives. We truly did not want the day to end and all are anxious to go back to see Jose, Luis and Jose, when we return. Thank you Cabo Expeditions and Thank You Jose, Luis and Jose for the best tour ever! This is highly recommended. Lots of fish to see. Rommel, our tour guide is friendly and informative. Captain Jose spotted a whale which was definitely a nice bonus with this activity

Karla, Junior and the rest of the crew spoiled my friends (25-30yo) and I with the best experience. We had a healthy bento-box styled meals (fruit based breakfast and ceviche based lunch). Unlimited drinks. Fresh towels. Kara queued up a great playlist that had us dancing all day on the boat. It was the highlight of our trip. We swam amongst sea lions which was surreal and saw manta rays jumping out of the water. 10/10 recommend.
