Álvaro is an excellent guide; he explained everything very well during the excursion, he is extremely patient, kind, gave us very clear explanations, talked to us about animals, and showed us images. They should hire more staff like him. Next time, I will definitely request him to give me the excursion again. I appreciate all the attention.

Alan was a superb host. Joked with us about the Spurs even on our private tour. Very knowledgeable about the animals and the place and answered all the questions we had. Please ask for him and you won’t regret it.

We booked a camel tour for four. We paid close to $400. Once we arrived at the facility and checked in we were charged another $25 per person for the entry fee. We were also informed that during our tour we would not be allowed to take pictures unless we paid extra for the VIP tour. We paid another $300 for the VIP tour. The camel ride is at most 20-25 minutes long. They also take pictures during the tour and you have the option to purchase those for different package prices starting at approximately $179 - $149 or you have the option to buy individuals for $20. The experience was good, but it was a rip off and not worth $700. They also offer the eco tour and they want you to do the tequila tasting to sell you more stuff at ridiculous prices. If you are doing this tour be prepared and aware.
