This tour fell below our expectations compared to other Viator experiences. The guide’s English was difficult to understand, and the information provided was minimal—no more than what you’d find in a guidebook. We anticipated some walking through Nahuel Huapi National Park but were instead driven to a few vantage points for quick photo stops. If you have a car, you could easily visit these same spots on your own. There was little historical context or meaningful insights about Bariloche making the tour feel unmemorable. Overall, it wasn’t worth the cost.
Hello Romina! We're sorry you didn't have a good experience. We wish you hadn't mentioned it when you did so we could offer some compensation, especially because of the English language issue. We'll take your comments into account to improve our service. Thank you very much.
It was a beautiful experience, the guide was very friendly and knew quite a lot about the place, plus the views were breathtaking.
The tour was advertised as with an English guide. Unfortunately, the guide, whilst quite charming, did not speak a word of English. Fortunately, another person on the tour, a Mexican doctor translated for me otherwise I would have been left quite in the dark. The tour itself was lovely, stunning views and worth doing. just make sure you get an English guide.
Good morning, we apologize for what happened, the excursion is with an audio guide in English, not an English guide, we will take into account what happened so that it is clarified in a better way and it does not happen again
