This was one of the best excursions we had on our 14 day trip. The chef was great and I loved his sense of humor. He made it fun and I learned so much. Would recommend this to everyone and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

We did this on our first day in Puglia and really enjoyed the class, the translator was funny and it was enjoyable making the food, the wine and end result were both tasty and we also got the recipes at the end. Would recommend :)
Very intimate setting. Personalized instruction with an interpreter as the chef speaks only Italian. Great experience close to the port and shops.
We did not book this class valued at $678. For 6 people but was put in it without consult! We booked Orecchiette class and paid 976.00 for 6 people. Request refund for the $298. Difference.
Chef Paolo and Francisco were wonderful!!! The class was fun and the food was delicious!! The wine was a nice touch!

Great experience for both the cooking and the eating. Particularly enjoyed the tiramisu. Nice to have options on drinks.
The chef Paulo was superb and Ester the translator was amazing too . The food making was easy to understand and came out great . The wine was one of the best we ever had and the tiramisu prep was easy and came out perfecto !!! I would highly recommend it !
Very experienced and serious chef! Gave us lots of details in the cooking. Was a wonderful time. Hands on, cant say enough wonderful things! So glad we did this and the food turned out awesome!
