Watch out. Reviews on here are probably paid by the business. This is bait and switch scam. Times you see on here for the boat tour is not accurate, they just want to bring you to their beach then claim no bus to take you back and try to sell you other stuff. AVOID at all cost, I will be fighting the charges. We never did boat tour, we booked for noon then get told no its at 4pm!

A great trip on the boat and snorkeling. This was my second time and both have been great experiences. We had a smaller group this time which allowed us to snorkle closer to the reefs which was fun. Berenice Beach is beautiful and a great beach to spend the day at. This would be best for those who are confident in their swimming ability.

The activity lasts a little less than 2h, about 1h and 45 minutes. Since there were many people, it was not seeing the glass floor 1h but 30 minutes although if there were left seats on that level, they let you stay. There's another floor upstairs where the rest of the people stay for that while, not seeing the background. They don't give you swimming floats. The snorkeling time will be around 30 minutes. In my case, I told one of the workers that it was the first time I was snorkeling and I didn’t trust my ability to breathe with the mask and swim and it helped me a lot. He took me by the hand to many of the most beautiful areas, making the experience very good. I highly recommend it. There are many things to see in that area.

We did the 2-hour activity including a 1-hour visit to the reef with the glass-bottom boat and an hour of snorkelling. It was a very good experience: the reef being close to the starting point, the travel time is very short, a few minutes, which leaves time to fully enjoy the reef. the captain maneuvers slowly so that everyone can admire the corals and wrecks (plane, tank, boat, etc.). For the second part, diving with a mask and snorkel, safety is respected and everyone will find something for themselves: those who are comfortable will move away from the boat with a member of the team, the less daring will stay close to the boat (with a buoy provided) In short, a short but busy activity which allows a first approach to the underwater depths of the Red Sea with a professional team. Being able to then enjoy the Berenice club, with its beach, restaurant and swimming pools, is a real plus.

We have been on these boats several times, both the glass boden boat or the other and it was fun, they visit different places for snorkeling, and the price is about 10 JD or you can book the beach for 23 JD.

Unfortunately, it was below our expectations. - the booking confirmation didn't work - the pick-up didn't work either - ended up taking a taxi at our own expense - the glass boat tour was so short and unspectacular - only the beach club was very appealing. No repeat effect as it was too expensive!

We booked a glas bottom boat tour with snorkeling ... after we were waiting for 30 minutes for the shuttle to bring us from our hotel to the Berenice Beach Club, we waited there for another half an hour until someone told us that the boat trip is delayed by unknown time. We couldn't get a hold of the guy from Sindbad we booked the tour with and eventually asked for a ride back and spend the rest of the day at the beach near our hotel. All in all we cannot recommend neither Sindbad nor the Berenice Beach Club. The customer service level is very disappointing!
